I thought I’d love it since the original left me cold, but I was wrong again; it’s a disaster. I don’t understand the ratings, because the first thing you smell is palo santo, and it’s nothing like palo santo.

Its main strength is longevity, but it smells like a clogged drain, with none of that invasive sandalwood from Santal 33. It’s a perfume that lasts a long time but doesn’t deliver; it smells clean and gives a hygienic impression, though it doesn’t suit many people. For the price, there are better options.

Very woody and unisex, it smells clean yet very warm. I like wearing it with the original You to take the edge off the alcohol hit. Longevity is moderate.

  4. Dry and woody with no surprises. At first, the ambrette musk note bothered me greatly, but after a few hours it leaves that glossier touch that smells like your own skin, with a soft floral note; it’s nice after some time but not worth the price. On me, it has little sillage and medium-to-high longevity. Perhaps it suits those who like woody, relaxed, and simple scents; I prefer the first one.

  5. This Glossier You Doux (I have it as a decant) is a mix between Santal 33 and Another 13, period. I must say I expected more and didn’t like it. Definitely, out of the three, I’d stick with Glossier You. All three are good, last quite a while, and project moderately or well. Of the three, this is the most unisex; Reve is directly feminine, and You, while not entirely, is too.
