I apologise for the very balanced review: it’s neither overly floral, yet has a musky and sweet touch at the same time. Ideal for those starting out with florals or perfumery, it’s super versatile for almost anything without overwhelming anyone.

From the very first moment it conveys freshness and softness. Over time it reveals warm notes, ideal for both day and night. A balanced and very pleasant aroma.

Daisy by Marc Jacobs is an addictive and charming floral-fruity nectar. Its fruity and fresh sweetness emerges from the very beginning, thanks to the violet and strawberry with citrus accords. I usually don’t enjoy sweet perfumes, but this one isn’t cloying. It settles into the floral phase where the violet takes centre stage, followed later by musk and woods. I barely detect vanilla and I appreciate that, as it’s well-integrated. I own both fragrances and for me, Chanel’s Chance EDP is practically a clone of Daisy, although the latter is more intense and long-lasting on my skin, making the investment much more worthwhile. Additionally, I find the scent of Chance (I don’t have the EDT) more synthetic than Daisy’s; this sweetness seems more natural, with that lovely ‘nectarine’ effect, charming and youthful, like the nectar of flowers on a spring day. It requires quite a bit of reapplication to prolong its longevity, although given the price and the well-being effect, it doesn’t bother me. I see it as ideal for spring and autumn, with moderate fixation and projection. Its little bottle is adorable to collect, with a beautiful and award-winning design.

Fresh, luminous and youthful. It reminds me of my adolescence and when I first started dating my boyfriend. I have an affection for it, but the scent is somewhat basic.

On my skin it’s fantastic, it’s an easy-to-please perfume.

I was gifted this years ago, gave it several tries, and eventually gave it away. It smelled very artificial and cloyingly sweet, like mosquito repellent 😬😁. I see people comparing it to a Chance variant, which I also dislike, so it definitely wasn’t for me.

It smells almost identical to Chance EAU Tendré; I barely notice a difference between them despite having different notes. I like both 🥰. But Daisy is a bit more affordable than the Chance.

I LOVE this fragrance, but… I had my sights set on it for daily use as my comfort scent. I had a decant recently and decided to order it as a Christmas gift. What a disappointment 🥹… it doesn’t last an hour. After a shower, with lotion, with wax… I’ve tried everything but it simply doesn’t adhere. It’s a pity, truly; I thought I’d found my ideal perfume. Ozonic violets, slightly cloying sweetness, a sweet springtime scent with little acidic touches. It’s fresh and sweet like spring! DAISY is certainly a wonder, but with me, it projects nothing and lasts nothing… I’m very sad:-( I’ll try the Intense to see how that goes.

I never quite got it; I think the strawberry note alone just doesn’t convince me. Over time it has become very popular and easy to spot among people.

Today’s Daisy is not the same as before; what a shame! It’s a BBW body mist that barely lasts an hour on the skin, whereas previously it was delicate and lasted longer. For nearly $70, it’s just alcohol with some flowers; don’t waste your money.

Fresh floral with a bitter woody touch and a hint of sweetness. It smells comforting and is easy to wear, although the trail and longevity are low to moderate (around four hours). It’s pricey for what it offers, but the scent is recognisable. Ideal for the office or elegant events.

It’s like a bouquet of wild violets with grapefruit and strawberry. I prefer the Eau So Intense because it’s stronger and has that sweet moss scent when dry, but I can’t imagine my collection without the original Daisy. I adore violets, and although some may see it as generic, it remains a marvel.

A beautiful, floral, and super fresh fragrance that conveys joy and calm, ideal for summer. The only drawback is that it lasts very little; almost nothing. By four hours, I can’t even smell it on my clothes. It disappoints me because I love it and adore Morillas’ work, but it’s not worth the price if it doesn’t last. Hopefully, they fix that; it would be perfect.

I love it! It makes me want to smell my hand all day. It suits any weather, even in winter. When I put it on, I feel like a good little girl, trouble-free, a saint 🤣. It’s fresh but sweet, floral, and super ozonic. It lasts me about five hours on the skin. To each their own, but for me, it’s perfect ❤️.

A few months ago, I went for creams and took the opportunity to smell some perfumes. One was Nina Ricci Luna and it didn’t do anything for me, but I couldn’t stop smelling this one until it ran out, so I skipped the skin test and ordered it straight for my birthday (not very subtle). Since they gifted it to me three weeks ago, I haven’t worn any other perfume except Alien when going out. It suits the heat well, from 30 degrees upwards, without being intrusive. The most important thing is that it’s a gem; every time I wear it, I’m overwhelmed with happiness and my mood lifts. I know it sounds cheesy, but it is. I haven’t worn the same perfume for more than a week in years. It has violet, one of my favourite notes, but it’s not that intrusive and rude violet like Lolita Lempicka’s, but rather a greener, serene, fresh, and youthful one. It’s simple, and that’s not always bad. I understand that many may see it as an adolescent perfume because of the presentation, but honestly, it’s simple enough to wear at any age and in any situation. The longevity is weak, but it lasts four hours without any issue. And when a scent is this delicious, I don’t mind reapplying to feel it again.
