Mesmerize Mystique Amber by Avon

A bold oriental scent, it is not a generic fragrance which gives it drive and authenticity, I found it a good perfume that delivers for the right occasion, as always its longevity is not its strong point.

WARNING, for cardamom lovers this is a must-have in your collection, cardamom is the star, it feels slightly medicinal in a pleasing way, apparently the sandalwood is not felt in a way that represents the aroma of the character of that wood but rather it gives a very soft talc-like feel to the cardamom, and in the same way that sandalwood adorns the cardamom, amber warms it and makes it warm and comforting. I don’t find it sweet but dry. The tangy cardamom is the star and the other notes take care of giving it powdery, woody and warm olfactory sensations… It feels soft, diplomatic (it doesn’t bother others with its faint but persistent sillage), due to its price it is perfect for reapplying, with two sprays every 3 hours is enough, excellent for falling asleep on a cold night in the city where I live, it warms our atmosphere, different from what is on the market, the way they worked the cardamom here seems new, innovative and original to me, and this is the strength of this fragrance, originality. UPDATE: after using it more, I realised that the drydown is very similar to Déclaration by Cartier, cardamom is the great star just as in Déclaration, a very similar vibe, I love it… Clean sexy sweat

For the price, it’s ideal for reapplication: two sprays every three hours are enough. Perfect for sleeping in cold city nights, it warms the atmosphere. It’s different from the market, original and purposeful in how they handle the cardamom, which is their strength. UPDATE: after wearing it more, the dry-down is very similar to Cartier’s Declaration, with cardamom as the main protagonist and a similar vibe. I love it: it smells like clean, sexy sweat.
