It wouldn’t be my signature, but to feel cheerful and giggly, I’d wear it. It has the DNA of Fantasy but feels more grown-up; I sense rich pear and lychee and a soft patchouli. I can’t find the white chocolate, but I do smell the delicious cake. The woods are there, soft. It’s sweet but not heavy; anyone could like it. The performance is surprising: it projects, then the flowers emerge to balance it, very pleasant.
I won’t make it my signature scent, but it smells delicious. The pear and lychee explode at the outset. The patchouli is wearable, with a sweet, cake-like touch. I don’t detect the chocolate, but as it dries, the flowers balance everything and add splendour. The amber and a subtle wood round off the fragrance. The performance is amazing, and on my skin it improves with time.
I received it yesterday. I bought it on impulse based on reviews. Thinking that, since I like Fantasy, this would be similar but more intense. VERY INTENSE! So strong it overwhelms me. The opening is potent; I don’t notice the fruity notes. It’s too strong for me, although I usually enjoy intense scents. I detect strong patchouli and wood, with barely any gourmand (chocolate, cake). I have mixed feelings; I perceive it as more unisex than feminine. I give it 5 or 6 stars because the bottle is gorgeous.
Fantasy Intense (Batch 2025, Spain) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This batch exceeds my expectations. It retains the sweet DNA of the original with more depth and addictiveness. The opening is creamy and rounded. The floral heart is elegant and the amber base warms the skin. The best part is the longevity: applied in the morning, I still feel it the next day, soft but present, like a caress that won’t fade. On clothes it lasts even longer, leaving a comforting trail. This Spanish batch has quality and performance. If you’re looking for an intense and refined version, it’s a gem. Bought at Primor.
First sprays: if I had to define it, it’s excessively PATCHOULOUS, with a talc-like smell in the first hour that gives me a headache. Mature perfume? I’d describe it as smelling of ‘lady’.
For me, it lacks that woody touch in the original Fantasy that makes it smell so delicious at night.
I bought it without knowing its scent and it didn’t disappoint; it smells good, but it doesn’t last at all. I use it for daily wear and special occasions.
It’s a bit strong, smells very good but doesn’t last. It’s very weak and doesn’t have as much projection as people told me it would.
I bought it blindly because it’s incredibly cheap (around $15 in Iquique, Chile). Great buy! When I was a teenager I used the normal Fantasy, exquisite, and it’s not half as good as it used to be. This resembles the traditional one from before, but with a more prominent patchouli that drops later, dry but less so than at the start. It’s a patchouli like in Believe (which I love). The kiwi is much lower than in the traditional version. The bottle is gorgeous, which adds points. In short, very delicious, I just wish it lasted longer. I’ll let it macerate to enjoy it in winter.

Sweet bomb! You can tell it’s the older sibling, but here the dry-down shines with more sweetness and is super addictive. The patchouli and woods give it great presence. I loved it; it lasts up to 9 hours on skin; by the end it’s soft but still noticeable. I love it! 🎉
I fell in love with this perfume. My mum gave it to me thinking it was the classic Fantasy, haha, and I still received it with delight. I can’t identify the patchouli, but the dry-down (on my skin) ends up being full white chocolate. Ideal for cold climates and occasional or daily wear. I’d recommend a few sprays only so as not to overwhelm those around you. Decent longevity: 4-5 hours on skin and up to 6 on clothes.
At first it’s not much, but after an hour ufff, it evolves sweetly. Although it doesn’t have caramel in the notes, it reminds me of caramel sweets to me, which is the best part. Even after hours have passed, when you move, the scent remains delicious, like a sticky sweet. That’s how it feels on my skin ♡
I bought it because when I first tried it, the smell of Ponquesito Dulce was very prominent, but over time it faded and now I don’t like it as much. What stands out most are the woods and patchouli. I use it at home on cold days or for layering. The longevity is decent for the price. It’s not as youthful and you have to use few drops, as it can be overwhelming for someone with you.
It’s very similar to the original Fantasy version: a sweet scent. On my skin it’s more talcum-like, but it’s a very pleasant and wearable smell. The price is the best: a rich scent at a good price.
If you know the original Fantasy, this is its ‘adult’ version. I used the original at school and loved it; today, after 10 years, I’m still enchanted, but I needed that touch of character and ‘maturity’ that I found in the Intense. The scent is delicious, keeps the original DNA, very gourmand but with a mysterious touch, less teenage. Still sweet, but I perceive it as more woody. Ideal for an afternoon with friends, a romantic date, or to feel beautiful and pampered. Moderate trail; lasts 4-5 hours on skin and is felt on clothes by the end of the day.
I loved the Fantasy EDP and now with the Intense I’m in love; it’s a bit more intense than the original. It’s a sweet gourmand perfume and long-lasting. Ideal for fresh climates and has good longevity, although if the temperature rises it can be a bit oppressive. It brightens my day, it’s casual and I feel it’s more feminine than unisex. Of course I would buy it again =).
A waste, don’t waste your money! The body spray surely lasts longer. It smells good, but what’s the point if it’s not noticeable more than on the skin? I don’t see any intensity and the longevity on my skin is 1 hour. The Spears perfumes have already become obsolete; they were my favourites before, now it’s pure money grab. If you can, buy a sample for real.
My favourite perfume for a few years has been the classic Fantasy (pink bottle), so when I was gifted the Intense I was very happy. Honestly, I thought it was much sweeter than the classic, but I felt it as a more mature fragrance, for night, nothing like the classic. That’s why I advise trying it first, as it may not please. It’s lovely and rich, but I had another image of the same. The longevity is excellent, like the other Fantasies: they’ve lasted up to 7 hours on skin and days on clothes. The trail is also good for the first few hours, so it remains a good perfume.

It starts off citrusy, but that fades quickly, leaving a cloyingly sweet scent from start to finish, like a sugary little cake. It lacks originality. On the skin, it’s barely noticeable after less than two hours, though it lingers slightly longer on clothes. It’s pleasant, but it smells exactly the same everywhere. I won’t be buying it again because it’s too simple and common.

I was hoping to get the unreformulated version of the original Fantasy, but this isn’t exactly that. It’s woodier than the original, yet distinct. At first, it smells of white chocolate and a little cake, but once it dries down, it leaves a sweet woody scent. If you already own the regular Fantasy, there’s no point in buying this; the difference is only about 5%.
The Intense is more woody and loaded with patchouli than the classic, where fruits and sweet accords were the protagonists. It seems to me a more mature perfume and suitable only for cold climates. The trail and longevity are very good, as with almost all of Britney Spears’ perfumes.

I bought it out of curiosity because it was said to resemble the original before the unfortunate reformulation, and YES, frankly, it smells just like the Fantasy from my teenage years 🥰🥰. It’s sweet, exquisite, a blend of lychee, cupcake, and white chocolate that work well together. It’s incredible, long-lasting, elegant, sophisticated, and wonderful. I missed it because the current Fantasy is too fruity with lots of kiwi, which I like in fruit, but not in perfumery.
Okay, upon spraying it, I sensed a familiar scent because I owned a lot of Fantasy before it was reformulated. On my skin, it’s almost identical to that past Fantasy, just not as potent, but with much better longevity: over 10 hours without issue, finishing close to the skin. For those who love sweet scents, it’s a definite yes. My daughter loved it and uses it a lot. I loved it!! It smells more like Fantasy than the current Fantasy.
@Nott just so you know, the ITZY Fantasy drugstore cologne was inspired by the first Britney Spears Fantasy.
I choose it over the regular Fantasy because I dislike the opening of the original 😕, but otherwise, it’s wonderful. The opening of the Intense is sweet and stays that way; I love it.
