It didn’t hook me at all. I thought it would be a clone of Afnan’s Rare, but in the end it wasn’t a disappointment because the scent was barely noticeable.

It’s a perfume that changes depending on the time of day; sometimes it smells like this, other times like that. It starts sweet and fresh with a sugary rose and orange over a creamy musk. As it dries down, it reminds me of those plastic and sweet notes from Hypnotic Poison dolls and Juliette’s Mmm… Very rich with gourmand touches from the vanilla.

It’s rare, different from everything I own. It smells like fragments of other perfumes: an aldehydic rose that stings, then very Arabic woods and a slightly sour finish with soapy notes. Totally indecipherable; you need to give it time. Don’t buy it blind; it doesn’t resemble any of the ones mentioned here.
