Although this legendary Jicky is marketed as a women’s fragrance, since its launch in the 1980s it has been a classic unisex scent that anyone can wear. It is a pure Amber Fougere that opens with rosemary and citrus, followed by lavender giving way to sweet tonka bean and basil, with playful jasmine. By the hour, warm spices such as cinnamon, clove, sandalwood, palo santo, benzoin, leather, and that Guerlain vanilla, with a hint of civet, blend into a single note. It is strong, enigmatic and passionate, something that is rarely done nowadays and that evokes memories. It lasts all day on the skin with a trail ranging from high to moderate.
