(Flower Please) by Zara

It’s a good fragrance, nothing memorable but very wearable. Smells clean with a wonderful floral touch, very suitable for daytime and daily wear. A bit synthetic at first upon spraying, but it delivers total cleanliness.

Upon smelling it, I thought: it smells exactly like Starwalker Montblanc! It has those notes of cleanliness, freshly ironed laundry, and soapy details also described in Flower Please. It’s unisex, simple in its olfactive pyramid, and pleasant for those who perceive it. Projection lasts about 30 minutes, then drops noticeably, leaving a subtle, crisp, and clean trail between 1 and 3 hours. I’d say it’s for a mature teenager, aged 25 and up, ideal for morning or daily wear in enclosed spaces without being intrusive. Zara has innovated a lot lately, almost influenced by niche perfumery.

It’s a molecular and aldehydic perfume that smells like clean clothes, freshly ironed, linen shirts and a stack of white sheets. Soapy, floral, fresh and musky, it’s the epitome of the clean scent, addictive and versatile. Performance is acceptable. Buy blind without a doubt, I just hope they don’t discontinue it soon.

I went to buy it blind based on the notes and after reading incredible reviews; I wanted to smell it first but was convinced I’d like it. Upon spraying, I noticed an intense alcohol smell, which I hate. I let it sit for a while and even rubbed it, yet it still smelled of alcohol more than expected. Then, nothing. This perfume smells like absolutely nothing. My friend smelled my hand and said it smelled like a cemetery; indeed, I noted a hint of a half-withered flower. For me, it’s an absolute no. Normally I agree with the comments, but this time, either the tester was sprayed with hand sanitiser or I don’t know what, I’m very confused.

Pleasantly surprised. This one flies under the radar compared to more hyped scents like Shamanilla. In its own right, it’s a clean, fresh, and subtle aroma that deserves a 10. It sits at arm’s length from the skin, yet when you pass by, it leaves a noticeable trail. The best part? It has more longevity than expected. On my skin, it lasts over 9 hours, always subtle without being overwhelming or filling the room, but up close, you catch that fresh, clean scent—a real marvel. From this collection, which is generally quite good, this is one of the few without synthetic notes. Everything is natural and pleasant. At €15 for 100ml, it’s worth grabbing before they discontinue it.

Smells very clean; when I sniff it, I imagine stepping out of the bathroom with cold water, putting on a shirt, and wearing this perfume. It smells as crisp as freshly washed sheets. I recommend it for everyday wear and the office or school. It’s unisex, but try it first before buying, as some might find it too feminine. Longevity is moderate (7 hours) and the trail is probably weak. For the price, I recommend it; you can overapply, and the bottle is easy to carry. 8/10, I’d love for it to last a bit longer.
