I bought this after using Kate Spade’s Live Color Fully, which smells of flowers and coconut—a fresh, summery scent. However, I was very disappointed by Twirl: it doesn’t last at all and I can’t detect the floral notes. I’m not sure how to call it a perfume when it has no staying power. I use it after a shower and at home. It’s cheap, so perhaps it suits people who can’t handle heavy fragrances.
