I tried this when I first started dating and what a freshness! It smells of the deep sea, not a coconut beach but a tranquil ocean. What a pity it’s discontinued; I wish it were a dupe of something so I could have an alternative.

Very fresh and summery, it smells of salt water with hints of curaçao and white flowers; you can truly feel the sea in every note.

According to the Avon catalogue: top notes of amaryllis and blue freesia, heart of sea salt and curaçao, base of musk and aquatic woods. It isn’t the typical sweet Avon scent but rather fresh, energetic and romantic. I love wearing it in autumn as it lacks those typical fruity notes found in aquatic fragrances; the curaçao adds that citrus-spicy touch that enhances the freesia. It reminds me of the aquatic scents of the 90s like Cool Water or the female Acqua di Giò. To me, it’s floral, like a freesia garden by the sea, even though those flowers don’t grow there 😉
