Hello everyone. I finally got my hands on it today and I can say it’s a delight. It smells like the classic Le Male from the 90s, the very first one, as if they’d added a gin tonic and a hint of mint. It’s super fresh, ideal for the beach or hot weather. If you like Le Male but are put off by how dense it is in summer, this cologne tonique is the solution. Pros: A fresh fougère cologne with gin tonic, it smells spectacular. Cons: As a cologne, the performance isn’t the best; use it only on hot days so it lasts. Scent: 9/10 Trail in heat: 8.5/10 Longevity in heat: 8.5/10. Cheers.

The incredible thing is that it smells like the classic Le Male from the 90s, the original, as if they’d mixed it with a gin tonic and added a touch of mint for a fresh start. That’s what it smells like. It’s super fresh, made for the beach or hot places. If you like the classic Le Male but don’t use it because it’s too dense in the heat, this cologne tonique is the solution. Pros: It’s a fresh fougère-style cologne with gin tonic, it smells spectacular. Cons: Being a cologne, the performance isn’t the best; use it only on hot days so the scent lasts. I had it right when it launched; I remember the bottle caught my eye, I tried it and fell in love… I didn’t realise at the time it was a limited edition, and when I wanted to buy another, it had already been discontinued. It was the best for extreme heat climates.
