  I had this when I was thirteen or fourteen. I tried it recently and it smells exactly the same; it suits us both perfectly. It’s warm and creamy, not over-the-top, yet hypnotic due to its unusual trail. It gets everything right: simple, concise, and not dry. It makes me feel secure, ready for any challenge, and more sociable than I usually am. It’s timeless; almost twenty years on, it feels brand new. It transports me to a beige and yellow sand desert, a scent that awakens with the sun. Ideal for arid climates, it smells like skin after rolling around on the beach with that extra mysterious vanilla halo. It keeps you focused without being invigorating; I can’t identify the floral or fruity notes separately. It’s curious, futuristic, and hard to define. Very much in the vein of Ultraviolet, A Drop D’Issey, or Insolence. It’s the creamier twin brother of Mon Guerlain ☺️💕
