I don’t know Cool Water. It has a very citrusy and minty opening, quite refreshing, but it is not slow to dry down. It then becomes richer and more agreeable, perhaps due to the floral or the musk. I will be doing further tests on sillage and longevity when the weather becomes warmer. Refreshing and pleasant for everyday use.
