The 2025 perfume that fits my mum and me like a glove. It’s jasmine, my favourite flower, with a green, bitter twist that smells like homemade Coca-Cola. Perfect for the hot, humid days here. It’s super long-lasting, sweet and fresh; it has that alien touch that makes it unique compared to predictable scents. Wearing it makes me feel comfortable in my authenticity, with my quirks that make me unique, and keeps me active without being energising, but rather relaxed and good-humoured, inspired to show myself as I am without pretence. It’s been very special for both of us because, smelling the same, it has united us during a turbulent time and reminds me that, although I’m independent, I’m still her daughter and part of her. The bottle looks like a witch’s potion with an amethyst cap, the stone of relaxation, and the liquid is violet, our favourite colour. I recommend it to girls of any age who want to highlight their individuality without getting lost. Reply to comments: try it at different stages of the menstrual cycle. It’s common for it to smell different depending on the day; for me, some perfumes intensify during ovulation and bring out the best in you thanks to hormones 💕🍀

Something very strange happened to me with this fragrance. When I tried it, I was fascinated and couldn’t stop smelling my wrist; it was addictive. In the end, I decided to return to the store and buy it taking advantage of the offer. Well, when I’ve worn it again, it has resulted in discomfort for me. It doesn’t reach being unpleasant, but it is strange, as if it doesn’t quite fit me. I think it might be the fennel note that I find strange. I will try to give it another chance.

I tried it today and have to say it reminds me of Alien due to the jasmine explosion, but here it’s wrapped in a shy vanilla that completely dominates it. What I detect most is pure sugar, lots of sugar enveloping the jasmine. If you love intensely sweet florals, you’ll adore this fragrance.

Leaving it to macerate for over two and a half years still failed to wake anything up in me… I bought the original at the Macys stores in Atlanta…

Normally, intense jasmine bothers me. But, wow… I bought a travel size of this in 2022… I took it out two years later (today), the juice is a different colour! What a bombshell! Perhaps my nose has changed. But, going with what I feel: it has an intense opening, soon turns into a light spice, then you crash into a wall of jasmine and the dry-down is the vanilla, extremely marked. The fennel is felt very much; it’s an anise-like note; it gives a fresh-elegant touch. It is as elegant as Gucci Elixir de Parfum pour Femme (I consider both interestingly unisex). I don’t know if I’d buy the full bottle… V&R have niche perfume prices. Although it is a well-executed fragrance. They say it’s the “child” of Alien and My Way. Could it be? It might be. Longevity on skin is muuuy good. I bathe and I still smell of vanilla-tinted white flowers (after 1 year of maceration). It lasts over 12 hours on skin. Even for this review, I used it on my hand, washed the dishes, and the scent is still there.

With this perfume I discovered that the note that gives me a headache is jasmine. At its opening it seemed sparkling, sweet floral vanilla, I thought the vanilla would prevail but no, it was the jasmine that pricked all day and brought me a terrible headache. Something similar happened with My Way… It has very good longevity and trail, in terms of scent it is not so impactful but it is not unpleasant, however ultimately it is not for me.

Hello everyone! Well, to be honest, I expected nothing from this perfume because I do not like this house at all, but I received a miniature sample size with a purchase I made at Sephora and it made me happy to be able to try it. I thought about transferring it to a travel atomiser but it is not worth it to dirty the pocket atomiser, I think with that I have said everything. The scent is pleasant and simple, a scent I would expect from a catalogue perfume and not from this house; a sweetish jasmine and fennel are perceived. It has no fixation, no trail and no charm for me, please forgive those who like it. Conclusion: a light and pleasant perfume, perfect for doing market shopping, for going to mass or funerals due to its poor performance, but can you imagine spending what it costs to use it in these scenarios? In itself, the perfume does not smell bad but it costs too much for what it offers; I think a body mist has nothing to envy and perhaps lasts and projects more.

It’s a lovely perfume. If I say it’s special, I’m lying, but to say it’s beautiful is an understatement—it’s BEAUTIFUL. I added it to my collection because my boyfriend stole a spray on the first try, and it’s incredibly rare for him to compliment a scent. The bottle is gorgeous, and the longevity is decent, lasting around six hours. The sillage is moderate to light. But hey, it features vanilla, and you know the magic of this note with proper maceration: the tester in the shop already had a golden hue with purple undertones, so it smelled super beautiful and intense. I think it’s a perfect blind gift, and just seeing that bottle and using it brings a huge smile to your face.

NOT FOR ME. First off, I hated the opening; the fennel made it hard to breathe, and I hate this vegetable in both taste and scent. I appreciate that it’s so different, even if it’s not for me. As the fragrance settled, I still didn’t like it entirely. The attar-ed floral note overwhelmed me, reminding me of a deodorant, albeit a better-made, higher-quality one. Only when the base with vanilla emerged did I like it a little more, but that attar-ed floral note persisted, permeating everything. It was like it was one step away from convincing me, with me thinking ‘next time it will work,’ but it never did. Simply not for me, although I enjoyed getting to know it. The bottle is beautiful, and the concept is brilliant.

This perfume has left me somewhat indifferent. Admittedly, the opening seemed delicious and lovely, with a fresh jasmine and a hint of herbal notes thanks to the fennel. Soon, as it dried down, it became like a fresh, rather simple jasmine with vanilla; pleasant, but it doesn’t offer anything new. It has moderate sillage and lasts about six to seven hours on my skin. To my nose, it doesn’t remind me of Alien; it seems fresher and less heavy. Honestly, it hasn’t told me anything special, so I haven’t included it in my collection. I wish the originality of the juice had matched that of the bottle. Scent 5.5/10, Longevity 6.5/10, Sillage 7/10, Value for money 6/10, Versatility 7/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? I didn’t buy it.

A floral amber with jasmine as the absolute protagonist, almost in solo. A carnal, dense, and warm jasmine. Sweet, but in just the right measure thanks to the fennel note, which is indeed present from the start, lending a certain freshness. Although this note can sometimes mimic anise in perfumes, I personally don’t perceive it that way on my skin. I believe its contribution here, especially in the dry-down, is that I perceive this vanilla-tinted jasmine with a quite aromatic character, even with a subtle green touch, but it balances the floral sweetness very well. A rather simple and linear scent after the first hour, with an DNA that initially seems quite clichéd… and indeed, I think it’s the fennel that makes it slightly different. I see it as a feminine, sensual scent, not overly mature but with character, and therefore not too youthful. Quite versatile in terms of occasion and season. Longevity of over 8 hours on skin with moderate projection. In that sense, this house continues not to disappoint. The bottle is also noteworthy, looking beautiful on any shelf. In summary: it’s not a unique scent but it is lovely, of quality, and with good performance. I wouldn’t buy it as I already have several jasmine perfumes in my collection and feel that, for now, I don’t need this one. But if you are lovers of this note, I recommend at least trying it.

Definitely it doesn’t smell like Alien; I have the classic first one and have smelled the new one. GF either you love it or you hate it; on my skin it stood out and lasted a long time, but don’t buy it without trying it first.

The first time I smelled it, I didn’t like it, but it definitely has something captivating… it’s like a smoky jasmine, with the vanilla touch just right, which sweetens it as time passes. I wouldn’t use it daily because it’s one of those that would eventually tire me out, but from time to time, yes, so I think the 30ml format is well👌 The bottle 🔮🙌

Good Fortune is 80% jasmine and 20% ivy, which I assume is the fennel. It’s fresh yet has presence; it’s not a super-sweet, sun-drenched jasmine, but rather a flower with green and dark undertones; the concept is executed superbly. It’s a nocturnal floral, very easy to wear. I can imagine it in any climate (obviously not too hot) and practically any situation. Unisex-leaning feminine, very lovely. At times it smells like yerba mate or oregano on my skin. This is one of those perfumes where the liquid itself doesn’t quite enchant me, yet I adore the bottle. The sphere of fortune-telling, the cap mimicking an amethyst… it’s everything I love…😭
