Hello. Today I have one of my ‘vintage’ bottles. I don’t recall how it came to my home, but here it is. It’s floral and fresh, perfect for intermediate seasons, especially spring. Very cheap: 30ml for around €3. It’s out of production in some places, but still available in Spain. They say it’s inspired by Dior’s J’adore. They resemble each other but aren’t the same. Both start similarly, but Incandessence is more aggressive, festive and extroverted, whereas J’adore is elegant, subtle and refined. Over time, their similarities vary, but J’adore always feels more polished and better constructed, while Incandessence has a rougher, more cheeky edge. If you like J’adore, try this Avon Incandessence; you’ll surely love it and lose nothing by the price. Lasts about 6 hours with a strong trail at first that soon settles, holding up well for the first three hours. It’s a discontinued classic in many places, but here in Guatemala you can still find it. It’s a good price, especially at Avon bazaars. It’s floral, moderate and clean, without being loud. Orchid predominates with a touch of peony, ideal for fresh spring days.

It’s sold in Spain. It’s identical to Dior’s J’adore, appearing as its imitation. The first hour leaves a strong trail that is liked, but then it fades and the scent evaporates. I won’t be buying it again.

Although it’s discontinued, I bought it last week on notino.es. I like it, although it’s strong, it’s pleasant. But my favourite will be another Avon scent that I’ve also heard is being withdrawn soon.

I owned this at 20. It was an exquisite, potent and luminous floral. It’s a pity they’ve discontinued it. For me, it was one of the best Avon perfumes.
