  It’s a good perfume, though I find it a tad mature, better suited for people aged 35 and above. Once it dries down, it becomes ambered with a touch of incense that doesn’t smell like a church. The best part is how it dries down; you can tell the quality in every phase. Given the climate here, it’s fresh almost all year round, so I use it for everything, both casual and formal. I’d give it a 7: good longevity and it definitely makes people notice.

  This fragrance strays quite a bit from the Zoologist line, but it is wearable. Although it has that ‘animalic herbal’ facet, it lasts only a few minutes in the opening. It’s sweet and slightly woody due to the sandalwood, yet the apple note predominates. Unlike Panda, which smells fresher, here the apple is a bit artificial, like McDonald’s apple pies, so it reminds me more of a Christmas scent than the animal it’s named after. The longevity is decent, but it lacks significant sillage. I recommend it more for summer and winter, and for daytime wear.

Unlike Panda, which feels fresher, here the apple is a bit artificial, reminiscent of McDonald’s apple pies, giving it more of a Christmas vibe than the animal scent its name suggests. The longevity is decent, though it doesn’t project much sillage. I’d recommend it more for summer and winter, and for daytime wear.
