  First trying it from the discovery kit gave me a shock: everyone said it smelled of creamy marshmallows, but to me it just sounded like smoky wood. I kept sniffing the sample until I realised I was falling in love. I’ve even sniffed the empty bottle until I finally bought it. It’s addictive. If you press your nose to the skin, it smells of smoky wood. But as a whole, yes, it does smell of marshmallows with milk, toasted. It’s a very different perfume, even abstract. In my opinion, it’s totally autumnal and winter, it doesn’t work in summer. It’s a very enjoyable scent, sweet and warm.

  Much less lactonic than one might expect from a perfume with that name and those notes. It may have a distant air of milk, but I’d say this is gourmand wood. I like it for being at home in winter; it feels comforting.

  It was a blind buy; I bought it because I heard it was very pretty and smelled different. To be honest, I’m not a fan of lactonic notes, but this perfume is the exception. I like that it’s sweet and soft but with woody undertones that balance this sweetness so it’s not cloying. It reminds me of a scene from Ponyo, when children drink milk warmed with honey and cinnamon; if I imagine how that drink smells, this perfume comes to mind. It’s a scent I recommend for day and night, cold or fresh days, but for very hot days it’s better to skip it as it can feel heavy and cloying.

  It was a blind purchase because it said it smelled different and looked pretty. To be honest, I’m not a fan of milky scents, but this is the exception. I like that it’s sweet and soft, with a woody base that balances the sweetness so it doesn’t become cloying. It reminds me of the Ponyo movie, when the children drink milk warmed with honey and cinnamon; I imagine smelling that drink and this fragrance comes to mind. I recommend it for day and night, in cold or crisp days, but avoid it in intense heat as it may feel heavy.

  With this perfume I went through three phases: 1. When I was reading reviews without having smelled it, imagining what it would be like. 2. When my friend gifted it to me and I was expecting a different scent. 3. When I tried it on skin and fell completely in love. Conclusion: I had an idea in my head that turned out to be different but better than I expected. The opening smells very much of milk, but when it settles on skin, it becomes a sweet but woody scent, like a marshmallow burnt over the fire. It’s not as lactonic as I expected, but it has a creamy touch that reminds me of the foam on hot milk. On my skin it’s quite sweet, but with that touch of cedar that woody-ifies the aroma. I’ve loved it and think it suits me very well. It doesn’t have much trail or longevity, but it’s addictive and I love smelling myself when I wear it.

  Sweet fragrance, lactonic and more woody than it initially appears. At first, the lactonic component is much more noticeable, reminiscent of condensed milk or clouds; however, as it dries down, the cedar wood notes come to the fore, making it less gourmand and darker than at first. It gives me a cosy feeling in winter due to the musk, but I don’t see it in other times of the year as it can feel heavy. You can tell the quality of its ingredients, and on me it has a longevity of about six hours with low projection. It doesn’t resemble Zara’s Red Temptation & Vanille.   A sweet, milky, and more woody fragrance than it appears. At first, the milky notes dominate, reminding one of condensed milk or clouds, but as it dries down, the cedar woods emerge, making it less gourmand and darker. It gives me a cosy winter feeling due to the musk, but I don’t see it for other seasons as it can feel heavy. The quality of the ingredients is noticeable; on me, it lasts about six hours with low projection. It doesn’t resemble Zara’s Red Temptation & Vanille.   I love it. It smells super lactonic and sweet, dense, and has a spectacular longevity. I could still smell it strongly at 5-6 hours, and my partner confirmed they could smell it on me. Then I went to bed, but this morning I still have a small touch of Milk. I also have the Milk Bold, for which I sprayed a couple of pulses to add some punch. I love both; perhaps the second is slightly smokier, but very similar.

  Finally I found how to describe this fragrance: it smells of baby vomit. But of mother’s milk vomit, sweet and slightly acidic. It sounds disgusting but I struggle to think anyone would dislike the smell of a baby drinking milk. I LOVE IT.

  It’s a good perfume; it lasted quite a while and it’s a very original scent, but on my skin I detect too much burnt wood. I like the sweet and creamy marshmallow point, and the wood suits it, but I’d like it to be less smoky (though I admit it would be less original). It seems as if you’ve come from the village and have been sitting too long in front of the fireplace. Edit to say my flatmate asked me if something was burning, as it smells of smoke, so I confirm it wasn’t my imagination.

  I tried it as a sample and at first it smells of condensed milk, yet without being cloying. How can it be a daily wear? The secret lies in the dry-down: it becomes sweet, woody, with a powdery-attar touch. Imagine opening a bag of chocolates and placing them over a flame without smoke; that’s the scent. To me, it’s entirely feminine and winter-appropriate, ideal for staying at home or intimate gatherings. It would suit a grandmother or someone delicate who bakes cookies in the dead of winter perfectly.

  If you’re looking to buy it for the marshmallow note, beware: it’s not a common sweet marshmallow, it’s different! I’d rate it as warm, sweet, milky, smoky, and creamy. You can taste the toasted marshmallow and a very warm spiced wood base. It’s unisex with a feminine leaning, but packed with sexy personality. If you enjoy sweet and woody scents, you’ll adore this.

  Although it may seem obvious, if you love milky notes, this is your perfume. It opens with pure, creamy, sweet milk, an absolute and hyper-realistic protagonist. It was a total surprise; I’d never smelled anything like it, yet it doesn’t come across as jarring; it wears well even though it smells like a glass of hot milk. After a few minutes, the milk blends with a woody and slightly smoky base, transforming into a cloud of slowly toasting marshmallows. That part is my favourite: exquisite, cosy, and comforting. It’s not for drawing attention nor necessarily sexy, but an intimate, mysterious, and captivating scent, like an enhanced second skin. It has earned compliments from both men and women. In my opinion, it’s 100% unisex. Projection is moderate for the first two hours, then an intimate trail with notable longevity of about six hours. I know it could be better, but it’s not bad. In short: I love it and I’m getting a bottle.

  The opening is unique: it smells of evaporated milk in a tin (like Carnation) for about seven minutes. Afterwards, it reveals a sweet candy with a light sweetness meeting the aroma of a campfire and smoky tones, staying close to the skin on the dry-down. I find it fully feminine, a fragrance with a homely air.
