Addictive and nobody has noticed yet; it smells fantastic on the skin. It’s that classy, sweet pineapple scent that everyone loves. Best to smell and try before spending money.
To me, it’s an improved version of Aoud with a subtle pineapple note (copper bottle). It reminds me a bit of Sauvage clones but isn’t the same due to other ingredients. It’s decent, but that DNA is getting a bit boring. If you’re after that pineapple vibe, I’d prefer 9PM Rebel. If you’re looking for something like Sauvage Elixir and you’re in Mexico or Costa Rica, check out the dupe in Fraiche. The sweet fruity notes they mention are from the pineapple, but to me it feels more like a soft, spiced aromatic pineapple without vanilla.
Typical projection that we’ve smelled a thousand times, with its pineapple and sweet notes bringing it closer to 9PM Rebel, which I actually prefer. Having come out after that and being new, I expected something more than just a weaker echo of 9PM Rebel, which is why it ends up being a bit of a ‘meh’ fragrance.
