  1. This might be the most niche review on Fragrantica, but it smells exactly like Mariage Frères’ Marco Polo tea, making it ideal for anyone who hasn’t tried that infusion. It’s a beautiful scent, sweet and velvety, with Eastern florals. Warm, yet never cloying. It holds a special place in my heart.

  2. Love at first sniff; I’ll follow up with a detailed review of this masterpiece by Nathalie Lorson, which is already in my top 3 of the line. I was surprised by its performance, as the collection tends to be subtle; I haven’t tested it fully on my skin yet, but my partner found it lasted over 8 hours, and clothes hanging nearby smell almost freshly applied. A wonderful, fruity osmanthus with a sophisticated yet playful peach aura, something Bitter Peach by Tom Ford would envy. Of the three new releases, this is my favourite, followed by Fiori di Neroli, with Vanilla Firenze in third; I thought it would be my favourite given my love for vanilla, but a leather note prevents me from enjoying it 100%. Bravo for Gucci’s new creative direction; the Guilty Love Edition 2024 scents are also brilliant, I hope they continue this way.
