Tried it today and it’s hard to categorise. Santalamore’s quality is top-notch, but the scent just doesn’t work for me. It starts lovely: fresh green fig with creamy, powdery acacia. As it dries down, the sandalwood and ambergris turn animalic and sour on my skin, which I don’t find appealing. It doesn’t smell bad, but it’s subjective; it reminds me of a moisturiser. Brilliant for fig and ambergris lovers, but it’s not for me. Rating: 8/10 overall.
