  Simple, kind, and tender. It’s not here to turn heads or cause headaches. It’s beautifully straightforward and lovely, like that ‘nice’ and genuine girl in the group who helps everyone without expecting anything in return. It evokes a sense of calm and harmony. A very lovely fragrance, excellent for after a bath.

  What a wonderful surprise; I simply adored it. It’s a licorish, fine, and harmonious talc, sweet but not over the top, more like that gentle freshness after a bath. All three notes are noticeable: raspberry, sandalwood, and jasmine, with a shy touch of vanilla and a pillowy musk. I really liked it and hope it lasts; if it does, I’ll buy more. Very pleasant.

  Sensus Santal is a sweet, caramelised, and creamy woody fragrance that, in my opinion, has more notes than it claims: it smells of milky caramel, akin to a Milky Way bar, and reminded me greatly of Britney’s Fantasy. It’s a cheerful and casual scent, despite the sober bottle. The caramel-coloured liquid screams gourmand, making it ideal for autumn and winter. It lasts around four or five hours, which is the average for Avon, with regular projection. It’s a lovely feminine fragrance for those who love caramel.

  I tried the ‘For Him’ version and decided to gift it to my 18-year-old daughter; we absolutely loved it. It remains a copy of Santal 33, a fantastic fragrance with a well-deserved reputation, but despite the original already being feminine, this one is even more so. From the very first spritz, I detect a note of caramel and pepper that I adore, and as it dries down, it becomes incredibly rich, like buttered bread. Considering it’s from Avon, the quality has genuinely surprised me. Even if it is a copy, I highly recommend it; at this price, it’s perfect as a daily scent that you can wear in abundance.

Even if it is a copy, I highly recommend it; at this price, it’s ideal for daily wear and for applying in abundance.
