  It’s one of those fragrances that makes you smell different, neither good nor bad, just distinct. At first, it gave me pause, smelling earthy and nothing more. But after wearing it for several days, that initial earthy note softens and becomes pleasant for me. The opening is quick: from pepper to coriander in the blink of an eye, though they blend well and both are noticeable. It’s an intense earthy scent that drops a gear in under half an hour, settling into a pleasant vetiver. Sometimes that vetiver reminds me of petrichor, although I may be stretching it a bit. After two hours, only the wearer can smell it, with little sillage; a close greeting is all it takes to detect it. It’s a very masculine aroma and, in my opinion, not very versatile.
