I thought it would be pure tangerine, but it turns out to be a dusty, sweet lavender base, perhaps due to the benzoin, with powdery touches that add tenderness. It’s not what I expected, but it’s perfect for sleeping. It lasts 4-5 hours with a moderate trail at first, then settles closer to the skin. I like it, though I wouldn’t buy it myself; if you’re looking for something relaxing and soft, it might suit you.
An interesting fragrance that goes beyond its stated notes. Its resinous-balsamic base harmonises with the initial orange, creating a fascinating fresh and warm blend. It begins very fruity and citrusy, then becomes sweet while maintaining that tone, yet transformed into something creamy. That sweet, slightly spiced impression, with an oriental air, lingers until the end. The longevity is average: noticeable for a few hours before settling on the skin for another four. Versatile, I think it works all year if dosed correctly. First time with Lush and it left a good impression; I hope to try more.
You get an explosion of sweet, ripe, juicy tangerine, almost caramelised, that lasts from start to finish. Over time, a very natural herbal note enters with the lavender, balancing the sweetness of the benzoin. It’s exquisite, highly original, long-lasting and potent.
