A Mediterranean blend: creamy and soapy, elegant yet unhurried, like biting into a perfectly ripe peach with fresh grass and pure greenery. It feels incredibly comfortable, well-made and put-together; it has a mentholated touch and dries down to a potent, fresh hay-like scent. The fig base is deep and holds everything together perfectly. I love it.
Typical fresh commercial fragrance scent where basil and, above all, fig dominate. You won’t be surprised.
A rich, fun, fresh and creamy perfume at the same time. A different twist from the usual fig or fig tree scents on the market, thanks to a clear basil note that makes it more aromatic and gives it a green distinct from the leafy green found in those perfumes, which can sometimes become too bitter or almost woody. B&F is similar to Philosykos but with that basil that makes it more sparkly, bright, green and sunny, more aromatic. It fades in the dry-down leaving an elegant scent, but you have to bring your nose close to smell it. Its high price makes buying a bottle difficult; at that price I want perfumes like Ani, Ganymede or Green Pearl, but unfortunately this leaves no mark or memory. It smells pleasant, carefree, and I’d love to wear it on a good spring day for the office. I’d buy it in 20ml format (which has a spray that is absolute bliss) if I could find it at half the price.
