It’s a lovely rose-based composition with a fleeting fruity touch upon first spray. It quickly settles into a makeup-like scent before stabilising into a fresh, sweet, powdery rose. The sillage is moderate at first, then becomes very skin-close, lasting around 5–6 hours. Rose Kabuki is classic and elegant, yet still feels contemporary. However, due to its lack of originality and performance, I don’t think it justifies the price. I suppose this private collection aims to cater to every taste: rose lovers, white floral enthusiasts, or those seeking understated elegance, ensuring devoted Dior followers still find that touch of luxury. For those seeking more originality, intensity, or olfactory curiosity, many of these fragrances prove scarce. Personally, the ones I’ve enjoyed most are the original, powerful, and bold ones from the line. Scent 6/10, Longevity 5.5/10, Sillage 5/10, Value for money 3.5/10, Versatility 7/10, Packaging 7/10. Would I buy again? No, I haven’t purchased it.
