Descripción

Miss Dior Parfum (2024) by Dior is a fruity chypre fragrance for women. Launched in 2024, this composition was created by Francis Kurkdjian and François Demachy. Its top notes of blackcurrant, peach, and mandarin offer a fresh, juicy opening. The heart reveals a wild strawberry alongside floral notes and jasmine, adding vibrant florality. The base settles on patchouli, Amberwood, amber, moss, and Atlas cedar, closing the olfactive pyramid with warm, woody elegance.

  • I love Miss Dior 2011; seeing that Françoise Demachy is behind it gives me hope. It’s great that she’s the first on the inspiration list; surely it will be elegant. How good that they’ve picked up something from Chérie 2011; I’m eager to see it reach my country. Seeing two geniuses working together makes me believe it will be a masterpiece. It was about time ☺️

  • That’s why I prefer the opinions of people on Fragrantica to certain YouTubers who leave reviews to please the brand and confuse people. Saying it’s a revolutionary masterpiece is a lie. You can say it’s correct, but it’s nothing new; it’s a copy of MonParis from 2016. It doesn’t stand out, has no novel notes, and neither longevity nor sillage are remarkable.

  • It opens with a strong fruity burst: peach, blackcurrant, tangerine, and above all that acidity of wild strawberry. In the mid-notes comes a refined floral bouquet: rose, iris, jasmine, and valley lily, all as accompaniments. When it dries, the Atlas cedar stands out with discreet touches of patchouli and moss, becoming more adult. It’s a very successful fusion between past and present, innovating but keeping the soul of Chérie. The sillage is wide at first and then moderates, lasting up to 8 hours on my skin, even while sleeping. I wear it in any season, preferably during the day. I regret not ordering the 80ml; the 50ml is gorgeous. I bought it online blind and I love it. It separates itself a lot from previous episodes, especially the EdP 2021. Miss Dior Parfum 2024 marks a new stage. Kurkdjian was the perfect choice. Chapeau for this splendid work, cousin 🎀

  • Added note: Yes, it reminds me a lot of Coco Mademoiselle, especially when it dries, but it’s muuuuch less powdery and less musky.

I thought it was a brilliant launch, what more can I say? 😊 Tested on blotter and skin, it comes out very playful and mysterious. It’s creamy strawberries with patchouli that give a warm, woody comfort, avoiding it smelling like hair conditioner. The strawberries don’t disappear, but over time the amber and sweet side becomes more noticeable, with incredible longevity. It’s not the pear of the tomato, but I loved it and it’s very wearable. Yes, I’d pay what it’s worth. Watch out for Miss Dior 2024. Aaa, it didn’t remind me of Chérie at all… 🫣

  • It lasts and projects, yes, but I’m embarrassed that Dior launched a version of Coco Mademoiselle and sold it as if it were something new. Also, the batch issue is a disgrace: if you’re not careful, they change the formula and you end up with a perfumer that’s more watery than the previous one. They leave novices confused and experts going mad searching for batches. In my opinion, it’s not worth all that effort.

On first spray, I thought it was identical to the 2021 version, but within seconds the strawberries took over. This version is much fruitier and sweeter; it has stopped feeling powdery and now feels youthful and sparkling, perhaps more enjoyable. The longevity is moderate to soft. What I didn’t like is that it’s now only available in 80ml and smaller presentations; they’re already taking things away from us 🙁 I think it’s still worth having, the longevity remains good like the MD 2021 and the patchouli is quite generous. I plan to keep it in my collection.

  • As they usually say, a perfume for a pretty little girl. Sweet, very fruity but in the Dior style, of course. Olfactory quality is 100%, good performance, sillage and longevity. As negatives, I’d say it’s nothing special and after the first hour it stays very linear. I’m not sure if I’d buy it to be honest…

  • It dries out very much like Coco Mademoiselle and dries almost like Miss Dior 2021. The dry-down is super sweet. It smells nice, but it’s a very common scent. Still, I like this one more than Miss Dior despite how similar they are. But I wouldn’t buy it; it doesn’t convince me. It offers nothing new or anything that I’d normally enjoy.

  • I don’t get Dior’s move with this. I was really looking forward to it, but what on earth are they trying to do by copying a reconstruction of Coco Mademoiselle, which has been selling like hot cakes for over a decade and is the dream of so many fans? Of course it smells different and the base isn’t as avo-citrusy, but right now it doesn’t convince me in the slightest. In fact, I prefer the original Coco and I don’t know what else to say but negative things.

On first impressions, I like Miss Dior Parfum more than the EDP. Upon leaving, the first thing I feel is the unmistakable DNA of Miss Dior Cherie, with a sparkling and very noticeable strawberry note. It’s very lovely at the start, feeling fruity, fresh, and modern. It’s a lovely reinterpretation of the Miss Dior legacy. What happens immediately is that I feel the powdery and vanilla note of the EDP, which personally smells like saliva to me. Not very sexy. However, Miss Dior Parfum is a blend between the EDP and Cherie, an heir to these two lineages, between chypre and floral amber, taking the best of both and remixing what people like. On my skin, it has an interesting evolution. It begins with the strawberries and takes a smoky path almost immediately. I wonder if it’s that Kurkdjian touch. I don’t find the pencil-shaving smell I like in the Miss Dior, but rather a kind of burnt resin that I don’t like. It’s that same rubbery aroma some detect in the BR 540. It was so noticeable that my sister smelled it too. She said it smelled like ‘burnt tyre’. Strange. However, after that strange note, it became the fruity perfume I expected. I don’t know if it was my skin (or that I already had the Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming on my clothes), but that aspect ruined my experience a bit. Anyway, I think if you like the EDP and have nostalgia for the Miss Diors from ten years ago, this will be your ideal perfume. I recommend smelling it before buying and testing it on skin, precisely because of that smoky note. From then on, the bottle, the price, the fantasy, everything seems fantastic. I will continue testing it on skin to see if I convince myself to buy the full bottle.

It’s so similar to Coco Mademoiselle as I am to Brad Pitt and I’m dark-skinned… in short… It’s lovely. I’ve been selecting perfumes with my girlfriend for weeks and this one, along with a Rochas, are the two that appeal to us most. It starts sweet but elegant, becoming increasingly cosy. It’s one of those that makes me want to lean in close to her neck to stay there and dream. As for performance, it’s a 10. She applied it to her neck and two or three hours later she put on one of my hoodies. The next day I wore it and was amazed at how much it still smelled, which I believe will be its new scent ☺️

Dior and their Miss Dior 2024. What a thing, such a disappointing perfume, oh the lack of creativity from the Maison. A lack of respect and seriousness, another case, yet another stripe on the tiger. It has a famous name and a high price but makes no sense, lacking quality and care. It’s comparable to any celebrity perfume of the tutti frutti type or a VS mist, an adolescent perfume smelling of peach, tacky, and red berries. I’ve smelled more respectable flankers before. I don’t share or see where they think this resembles Coco Mademoiselle; what did I miss? They have nothing in common, not even regarding the notes; they are very different things and in this case inferior, not gifted.

I’m not an influencer, I’m an ordinary woman. I went to try it in a department store and at first it seemed delicious, fresh, and a very rich floral, but as time passed it settled and the intense patchouli remained (a note I can’t stand). What a pity…, no, thank you.

My favourite perfume by far is Miss Dior 2012. I have never surpassed it, despite owning several. I had hopes that it would have an air of Miss Dior Cherie. How anxious I was when it arrived in Argentina. I rushed to try it and was disappointed. On skin, I did not like it at all; not a trace of the 2012 version or Cherie. It does not resemble Coco Mademoiselle EDP or EDT either. My desire to love it was so great that I tried it again on skin and paper. I like it on paper, but it is just a ‘meh’, another perfume. On skin, unfortunately, it does not suit me. At first it smells of alcohol, then strange, and after hours it resembles Mon Paris. Please, try it and do not go blindly. Do not let yourself be sold by influencers. It does not resemble any of the previous ones :(. I hope Dior relaunches the 2012 batch or someone imitates it. Let’s start a Change.org petition to bring it back to the market, haha.

  • Bramasole

A lovely, soft, and cosy floral scent. Initially the citrus notes, followed by subtle woods, help it settle and gain body. I like it for spring or summer days without wanting to feel overly perfumed. There is a sense of refinement in the composition, but it does not captivate me. I do not find any resemblance to Mon Paris by YSL; this one has more strength and presence.

  • darlenerock

First of all: Miss Dior 2012 is one of my preferred perfumes from my entire collection (more than 200). I cannot find any that equals it or even comes close to its heels, not even niche fragrances. That is why the expectations were HUGE. Since I learned it would be launched by Francis Kurkdjian, anxiety took hold of me. I asked about its launch until I was exhausted; the saleswomen took my phone promising to inform me… luckily I managed to try it before ordering blindly… TREMENDOUS DISAPPOINTMENT. I only tested it twice in the perfumery, but at first sniff it seemed like something of the crowd. Very similar to the EDP but with more presence. It does not resemble my beloved Miss Dior 2012 in ANY WAY. If you are like me and love that version: DO NOT BUY IT BLINDLY. I will give it more chances when the anger subsides, but for now it is a huge disappointment. I add: I ended up buying 35ml because I saw it cheap and wanted to give it a chance, but reality does not stray from my first impression. Just another perfume of the crowd. If they had packaged it in a different bottle with another name, no one would say it is Miss Dior.

  • Beautiful fragrance! You can really feel FK’s touch; it elevates the scent to another level, surpassing its predecessor in a formidable way. It doesn’t lose the essence of Miss Dior but makes it more distinguished. At first, it feels incredibly juicy, which makes it slightly addictive; the woods are present, noticeable but not overpowering. I loved it.

  • soledadbt

A ‘meh’. It is a pretty perfume, but too fruity. It is not that beautiful fruitiness that Miss Dior Cherie once was. I would not go for this; I’ll stick with the EDP.

  • A pleasant, sweet yet dry scent with a woody note that inevitably recalls Coco Mademoiselle. The florality is softened by fruits and a touch of patchouli, resulting in something easy and familiar. My main gripe is the typical Dior one: they’ve lost their personality in fragrances. They’ve neglected the process, and now their creations are merely correct but generic. From Dior, I expect more, much more. The unique identity of Dune or the power of Poison are now diluted in a better past. Miss Dior retains only the name; the liquid does not respect its legacy. It is a correct, pretty, and safe perfume, always evoking that patchouli and rose formula of Coco Mademoiselle.

  • Kathy Martín

I bought a 10ml decant to test its evolution; I had already tried it and it lasted about 12 hours. It has a fruitier base, but its opening reminds me a lot of the Bath & Body Works Into the Night body mist. I’ll have to keep testing to see how it evolves.

  • Very lovely and feminine; it doesn’t imitate the explosive sugar scents that are in fashion. I feel very comfortable wearing it; it has good longevity and is noticeable without being overwhelming; for me, it’s a success.

  • Maramonighini12

It’s the sweetest perfume I own. As soon as I smell it or apply it, I sense a scent of sugar, and over time floral notes appear that last until the end. It lasts many days on clothes and about six hours on skin. If you like well-sweet perfumes, you’ll love it.

  • Chocolate con licor

The only current Miss Dior that is rich! Softly sweet and woody. I loved it; I love these combinations because it doesn’t smell cheaply sweet and is balanced with woody scents that give it elegance and versatility. I see it as ideal for day and night, but more for spring or autumn. One spray is enough as it lasted quite a while; it could last longer so as not to be heavy. Perhaps I’ll buy it one day. EDIT: I tested it again in the same perfumery six months later and was disappointed. I don’t consider it ugly, but I wouldn’t want to smell it, certainly not on me. I felt the elegant woody scent had escaped it, and now it only smells fruity with dusty flowers, like strawberries and flowers, with very strong patchouli. Luckily I didn’t buy it.

  • Dama Incognita

As they say, every nose is a different world. I’ve tried many versions of Miss Dior and generally found them astringent or too floral-citrusy, similar to Coco Mademoiselle which I also don’t like. However, this one is different: it has no acidic notes, the patchouli isn’t strong, and you can detect flowers like rose and geranium. Among the fruits, the tangerine and bergamot stand out. Despite all the fruit, it’s not sweet; it’s well-balanced with woody notes. I liked it so much that I’ve already bought a travel size to test it for longer and see if I decide on the full bottle.

  • Casablanca77

Miss Dior Parfum 2024 is a beautiful fragrance that basically smells of strawberry and patchouli; if you don’t like it, stay away because it becomes noticeable within 20 minutes. That amber mixed with the juicy sweet fruit of the peach and the acidity of the strawberry makes it perfect for intermediate seasons. It’s super playful and elegant at the same time; I adore it. Its trail is medium-high and its longevity is excellent, far superior to the 2021 MD EDP.

  • Retrofuturist

The first time I smelled it on blotter, I didn’t like it; I thought it smelled of patchouli, almost like parsley. I returned to the store and tested it on my skin: love at second sniff. On my skin, it has incredible creaminess, floral woods with a fruity touch. It drove me wild; it’s absolutely enchanting. I can’t stop thinking about it now and want to buy it as soon as my wages hit my account, haha.

  • Finally tried it and I absolutely loved it; it’s delicate and very princess-like. The only flaw: after two hours it becomes intimate, and by three it’s gone, my partner can’t smell it unless they press their nose right against my skin.

  • On dry down, it seemed very similar to YSL’s Mon Paris. The strawberry and patchouli they share make them feel very alike on my skin. Since I already own Mon Paris, I think it’s unnecessary to have this one as they are of the same style. Rich, good longevity and presence, but I’ll stick with YSL.

  • KiaraEly

A fragrance that screams chic and youthful university vibes, the fresh girl from my past with her future all secured but still super fun. I’m not sure if it’s the patchouli or the amberwood, but it gives me a powdery yet clean sensation that makes the peach and fruits really pop. Ugh, master Kurdjian has gifted us one of the best Miss Diors available today.

  • Dmpsierra

I must admit that this fragrance hasn’t stopped complimenting me every time I wear it… so many compliments… however, I find it very common, I find it floral… and generally, I prefer rarer and more exotic perfumes; this one resembles much of what is on the market, although I recognise it’s very good and I’ve received compliments everywhere.

  • chocovainilla

When I first smelled it on a sample card, honestly, it smelled too much of patchouli and I couldn’t detect anything sweet; it was more like a leafy smell. But when I smelled the paper again, the aroma had ‘fermented’ enough to be a very pleasant blend of patchouli with strawberries, jasmine, and wood. No note was overpowering the others; it was a subtle but chic and refined balance. For me, it’s not like the other sweet fruity scents on the market. It was a good buy.

  • Smells like an elegant, spoiled good girl; it smells very rich and expensive. Well girly, feminine with a sweet touch 🌸. I must admit that their versions confuse me, but I think this was the one that smelled the richest and most noticeable.

  • I don’t know which Parfum version I bought; I’d like to think it’s this one… I’d seen reviews where some said it smelled old-ladyish, others princess-like, and in my opinion, as a lover of feminine floral perfumes, I must say I adored it. Its opening is powdery; I even thought it was indeed for older people, but I waited 15 minutes for it to dry and was pleasantly surprised: it comes out fresher, the powdery note lowers, and the flowers are felt; indeed, I feel like a princess. The most curious thing is that women find it delicious, though a bit sweet, but men love it too. The only downside is its longevity, although I have no problem with it being a dupe, as it’s beautiful.

  • Paty Perfumada

Miss Dior Chérie has always been my favourite, so when they discontinued it, I had a bit of a row with the Dior house and didn’t bother trying their multiple flankers or reformulations… Anyway: to the person who told me this one was similar to Chérie, I went to the store and my surprise was that, if I remember correctly, it’s not similar, but this perfume is EXQUISITE; I love it beyond belief. I love that fruity yet elegant note that the Chéries had. Pity that its price is very high for the performance it offers; sillage and longevity are low. Compared to the price, it should be something greater. Luckily, I managed to get a tester at a reasonable price… so I’ll enjoy it while it lasts; I don’t plan to repurchase as it’s costly in relation to its performance. A pity, truly.

  • It’s beautiful, nothing like old-ladyish or girly; it’s quite similar to Coco Mademoiselle EDP but with a sweeter touch. It’s delicate yet substantial; I tried it a couple of times before buying it, and it has been one of my best purchases 🥰.

  • cursedhazakura

It smells like those fruits and flowers from its notes. It’s very feminine, sweet, lasts a long time, and projects a lot. The first day I wore it, I was complimented intensely. Pity that day I went out to a party and it didn’t suit me well… so I associate the scent with that day and it makes my stomach turn. So I assure you, it is INTENSE. It’s a young, very feminine, rich-girl kind of scent.

  • DaviniaTolkien

I’m here to revise my opinion on this perfume… it was a blind buy and I only grabbed the 35ml mini. At first, I didn’t notice anything special; it seemed generic and even slightly unpleasant, like woods with low-quality fruits… I kept it for months since its launch. But as I’ve been very ‘Dior’ lately 😂, I took the mini out and used it today. Wow, what a difference my nose notes… it’s a perfume that, although not original, is certainly pretty. Finally, I sense the famous strawberry 🍓, a light patchouli, and a development that ends elegantly, making it wearable daily. I loved it so much, I enjoyed it, and it has decent longevity. I will definitely repurchase, perhaps now in the 50ml presentation. Very pretty, Dior.

  • What a lovely one, a blend of red fruits and patchouli. Upon spraying, the peach and jasmine make an appearance, and as it dries down, it leaves a super feminine and elegant trail. 8 out of 10.

  • Supernova1.1

What a gorgeous, soft, and feminine scent; it delivers exactly what it promises. I’ve tried dupes that smelled old-ladyish to me; I don’t know what they add to Dior to make it smell so delicate. Just one spritz, nothing more!
