Elle is an elegant and sophisticated luxury. It opens with amber and floral notes, but a brilliant citrus touch calms that sweetness without weighing it down. The amber accompanies the entire journey without becoming overwhelming. The best part: nothing synthetic; everything smells natural, which is rare for this brand. It is rich, feminine, and characterful, yet without an old-fashioned vibe. Refined, sober, and perfect for those seeking class without cloying.
Elle is a beast of Xerjoff for her. It smells of quality and extreme cleanliness. To my nose, it features citrus, white flowers, and resinous woods with a creamy, clean touch—exquisite. It’s rare; it smells of milky, natural bar soap, so rich you wonder if it’s edible. It only recalls Micallef’s Pure Extreme, but Xerjoff has more nuances and a touch of sweetness that makes it unique. It evolves into that creaminess while maintaining cleanliness and class. Good performance, ideal for a woman or for feeling freshly showered. Rating: 9/10, tested with an official sample from Twisted Lilly.
It is a niche version of Lolita Lempicka with a surprising resemblance and good performance. Moderate projection, an opening balanced between citrus and floral, slightly sweet, with a standout note that doesn’t sound like liquorice… Skin longevity is very good and the scent is pleasant, but given the price and the house, I expected something more original.
