Apex Eau Intense by Roja Dove is a chypre olfactory family creation, designed for men and women. This fragrance, signed by nose Antoine Cotton, is presented as a new launch from 2025. Its olfactory pyramid unfolds with mint, chlorophyll, helvetolide, lemon, bergamot, scabiosa, lavender and mandarin in the top notes; grapefruit and rose oxide in the heart; and grass, ambroxan, pieces of driftwood, violet leaves, Velvione™, cashmere wood, patchouli, cedar, cardamom, pepper, musk, elemi, myrrh and sandalwood in the base.

Very fresh! The decant smells exactly like the perfume. It’s just a test pour, but I love it. Smells masculine and green, with a super fresh chlorophyll touch. Note: poor longevity. I’ll have to try it in summer with more heat, but right now it vanishes from my skin in an hour and is almost undetectable after two… What a pity because the opening is so lovely and fresh. Note 2: On skin it performs just as badly as I said before, almost nothing. On clothes, however, it lasts better, though still with very little projection.

Starts with a potent green menthol that settles into a citrus, incense and wood blend that’s super fresh. Nothing heavy; you can definitely tell there’s a green note lingering at the base. I’d buy it again without hesitation.
