☹️ You can tell there’s mango and coconut, but it’s overloaded with iris and ruins everything. Unless you love iris, it projects an old-lady smell; it’s annoying and sharp. The good thing: I applied quite a lot and it’s long-lasting with a wide trail.
They tested it at the Guerlain stand and I was thrilled, but when I smelled it again, it dried into a dirty jasmine, like Alien (which I don’t like) and a typical summer jasmine scent with blocky coconut. I don’t understand why it smells of jasmine if it’s not in the notes. It reminds me a bit of Alien Goddess Intense… a disappointment. Edit: I just compared it with Alien Goddess Intense and this one smells much more vanilla. Also, Florabloom has a dirtier jasmine, with that coconut I mentioned, a touch of violet and musk.
Enveloped nardos in almond cream. At first, I thought it was just another ordinary perfume, but once it dried… what a beast! Absolutely gorgeous. It’s super elegant and creamy; sometimes the iris takes over and smells like makeup (and I love that touch). Other times you catch a hint of mango in the distance. I think over time the coconut creates a cream that wraps around different notes. It’s now one of my favourites in the Aqua Allegoria line.
Nardos bathed in almond cream. That’s how I’d describe this beauty: at first it seemed common, but once it dried, ufff, what a bomb, what a treasure. A very elegant and creamy perfume where the iris sometimes takes control and smells like makeup (and I love that). Other times you perceive the mango in the distance. I think over time the coconut creates a cream that wraps around different notes. It has become one of my favourites in the Aqua Allegoria line.
I just tried it on my skin and I conclude that it’s the worst of the Acqua Allegoria. On my skin it smells more like Floraboom than Florabloom. A gratuitous floral and fruity bomb without rhyme or reason that smells like Alien mixed with La Panthere de Cartier, which I attribute to the mix of mango and neroli, although it seems like jasmine. It doesn’t evolve and moreover it’s dark and focused on the feminine. My opinion is that it might please a wide audience and is suitable for going out on weekend nights, but for the rest of occasions it could result in a headache.
Ideal for hot climates, pleasant. Sillage and longevity medium/low.
Wow, what a burst of scent… I have 2 Allegoria and they are much fresher, yet I didn’t dislike it at all and I’m not one for sweet colognes, but it is very expensive. I would swap it for one I have or if they put it on offer. I love this whole range.

I love it, I adore it. It has very long-lasting fixation and let’s talk about its sillage; it makes me feel sensual and very feminine. Truly it’s a very good perfume.

It’s addictive, without being heavy. I discovered it by chance: they sprayed a bag at Sephora with it and my whole room smelled for days! I had to smell all the Aqua Allegoria to identify it; its scent is unmistakable. I usually choose fresh and clean scents; although it has fruity notes, it doesn’t cloy. It’s perfect for summer: light, elegant and with surprising longevity without being invasive. At first I thought it was masculine, perhaps due to the sandalwood, although many say it’s very feminine; it doesn’t seem entirely so to me. It has a unisex touch that makes it special. What I like most is how it evolves: it starts with a sparkling, fruity freshness, but gradually becomes soft and creamy, leaving an elegant and enveloping trail. I also have Nettare di Sole; they are different but both exquisite for summer. This one is more intense, the other more discreet… both have me hooked!
I have this fragrance; from the first time I heard it, I thought it was wonderful. It’s elegant, sweet, soft and leaves quite a trail. Whenever I wear it, I get compliments. I’m not good at identifying notes, but I sense flowers, more like a sweet floral bouquet. I don’t identify the others. It reminds me of a sunny day in a field of flowers. I don’t identify it with another perfume, except with Florabloom EDT. I would certainly buy it again. In general, I love the whole range of these perfumes.

Thank goodness I could use it this summer without thinking twice, otherwise it would have stayed in the drawer. What stands out most is the supposed neroli, which smells like jasmine, very similar to Alien from 20 years ago. The mango is the protagonist at the start, and the jasmine (not the neroli) for the rest. I don’t find it interesting or complex, but rather like one of the many versions of Alien that exist and is not well made; it costs the same or more than the original. In the heat it projects with great force, ideal for summer parties, I don’t know what else for. The notes seem flat and graceless, stripped of their dimension. I won’t buy it and recommend not to do so based on first impression.

I adore this fragrance. It seems beautiful, fresh and very floral; you feel clean and beautiful at the same time. It’s perfect for humid and oppressive heat because it brings a refreshing touch. Returned from the perfumerie with this on my wrist; it was on my list for my birthday present. It has good reviews, but with Guerlain on my skin, it didn’t convince me… I expected more. The opening is rich, but it lasts a mere breath; the dry-down is better, yet I still smell it faintly. It reminds me in terms of power of a pink Alfaparf conditioner. It’s exquisite, but soft. You can detect the almond, iris and violet… I insist, it smells too little for a ‘forte’ perfume. I don’t know if it will hold up in the heat. What a pity.
