Almost an unknown fragrance; my brother brought it back from a trip in 2009. The best Armani I’ve ever tried with my humble nose. Mature opening, especially at first; it took me a while to accept it when I was younger. Strong projection with anise, citrus and coffee. Drying down to classic patchouli, yet everything smells of incense (I was asked several times). Nighttime, elegant and mysterious. What a pity they’ve discontinued it; it’s in my top three (I keep the original bottle) and is one of the few I’d buy again. Performance is flawless, no complaints. Greetings from Argentina.

It’s like a Dress Code Black by Zippo but more boozy, less sweet and less coffee-heavy than Mugler’s A*Men.

  3. I always wondered: why did it subtly remind me of Mugler’s A*Men in a softer version during testing? Could it just be a fleeting impression, hehe?
