Ladies and gentlemen, this is the cleanest soap scent I’ve ever tried. If you want that soapy touch but with class, this is the one. It smells like a luxury soap with Caribbean roses and a sophisticated daytime trail. It has a special sparkle and exotic floral notes. It’s super fresh, ideal for summer or spring to feel pure and clean. For me, it’s the fresh and soapy version of Cartier’s La Panthere. Both are Chypre-florals, share four ingredients, and have that similar vaporous scent. I compare it to Sisley Tropicale: it’s for those over 25 looking for something light and stylish, perfect for daily use if you like La Panthere. – Fashion Blogger from Peru
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the most luxurious soap I’ve ever smelled. If you’re looking for that high-quality perfumery soap aroma, this is the one. It smells like a luxury soap made with roses from a Caribbean island and leaves a sophisticated daytime cologne trail. It has a sparkling touch and an exotic floral blend. It’s very refreshing, so it fits perfectly in summer or spring to feel that freshness and cleanliness. For me, it’s the refreshing and soapy version of Cartier’s La Panthere. Both are Chypre-florals, share four ingredients, and have a similar vaporous aroma. I associate it with Sisley Tropicale for people over 25 who want to wear a light, stylish fragrance, making it a daily option for La Panthere lovers. – Peru Fashion Blogger
A fresh, rich water that conveys wellbeing. It’s soft yet persistent, young but classy. Ideal for everyday wear, especially with semi-formal or sporty looks. It’s a Sisley Chypre with natural essences: citrus, soft rose, and a shy neroli that adds class. Pleasant aroma with a very well-harmonised floral trail. Fixation is more than decent for today. It’s not cheap, like all Sisley products, but it’s worth it for those who want to smell of nature. Great for mild temperatures and daytime use. Sisley adores Chypres and soapy aromas, their signature as a French house of natural products. They make phyto-cosmetics, and this is a phyto-perfume.
A fresh, rich water that leaves a sense of wellbeing when worn. It’s soft yet persistent, young but classy. Ideal for everyday wear, especially with semi-formal and sporty styles. It’s a Sisley Chypre with natural essences. A citrus aroma stands out accompanied by a soft rose nuanced by a shy neroli that adds class. At first, I detected a lot of violet with ambrette musk, which are heart and base notes. Within a minute, they unified into violets, Jamaica flower, and roses, bringing back memories of perfumes with that accord. After five minutes, it continued to unify, though the rose, buttered with passion fruit, shone through, very perceptible and exquisite; I didn’t detect the frangipani. By ten minutes, its intensity dropped, which was very high for something discreet, although it smelled better from the projection and the trail, creating an impressive ‘aura’ when bringing the nose close to the hand. Unlike others, I felt more of the flashes of Jamaica flower, violets, very spiced rose, and neroli, with the sharp ambrette musk at the start which then softened. By fifteen minutes, it smelled uniform, ‘all-in-one’, and super soapy. It’s a fresh floral-spicy-citrus perfume for everyday wear, not just another one, but Sisley marking its quality.
At first, violet and ambrette musk dominate, notes that later unify with Jamaica flower and roses, evoking classic perfumes. After five minutes, the rose with passion fruit shines with exquisite intensity, although I don’t notice the frangipani. By ten minutes, the power drops, which was very high and not discreet at the start, but the projection creates an incredible enveloping aura. Contrary to other opinions, here the Jamaica, violets, spiced rose, and neroli resonate more, while the ambrette starts sharp and then softens. By fifteen minutes, everything becomes uniform and very soapy. It’s a fresh floral-spicy-citrus for the day, not just any perfume; Sisley marks quality.
To be frank, it seems like a lovely body water, very fresh. At first, it’s a bit acidic or heavy; ginger, bergamot, and patchouli are noticeable, feeling spicy, and I think those notes overpower the florals. I find it unisex. It’s not my taste; it’s not bad, but I don’t think it’s worth the cost. Scent: 7/10 Trail: 7/10 Longevity: 6/10 (3-4 hours close to skin).
With this fragrance, I discovered Sisley perfumes. It’s cheerful, harmonious, and playful, putting me in a good mood. It’s sweet and fresh like tropical rain, with the scent of flowers competing against the green of the leaves. Smelling it, you almost hear the morning birds. It’s not an ordinary aroma and exhales the good quality of its notes. They are original, long-lasting, and elegant. I’m surprised they aren’t more popular.
With this fragrance I discovered the world of Sisley: a cheerful, harmonious and playful scent that always lifts my spirits. It’s sweet yet fresh, like rain in a tropical zone, blending the soft aroma of flowers with the greenery of leaves. When I smell it, I almost hear the morning birds. It’s no ordinary scent; it smells of quality in its notes. These are original, long-lasting and elegant perfumes. I’m surprised they aren’t more popular.
It starts astringent with passion fruit, citrus, and the sweetness of hibiscus, but the astringency fades quickly, settling into the florals. Hibiscus dominates the heart, giving it a charm reminiscent of the litres of Jamaica tea I used to drink in Mexico. After about six hours, a light plumeria emerges with cedar and clean patchouli. At 0.8€/L, the performance is poor: I needed ten sprays to notice it and it projects nothing. Longevity is better, around 12 hours. It’s feminine, for daytime and good weather, perfect for scorching heat. Pity it’s just a pleasant tropical splash; surely Victoria’s Secret body sprays do the same for a quarter of the price. Pleasant: 6/10 Interesting: 6/10 Versatile: 5/10 Original: 6/10
Of all the colognes, this is the most feminine, fresh, and fruity. It smells like summer but wears well all year round. It’s the least astringent, featuring citrus, juicy petals, and a touch of distant woods. Essentially a fine Chypre, ideal for wearing freely and mixing with something sweeter. Yes, it’s pricey, as all Sisley products are.
