Charming, nothing like Fields at Nightfall even though it’s its little brother, but it’s the perfect pair for the heat. Although some might find it dense, it’s a delicious blend of jasmine, vanilla, and that touch of monoi that makes it 100% summery. The longevity and trail are brilliant; with a reapplication, it lasts all day. Fingers crossed they don’t discontinue it 🥹
How beautiful, nothing like Fields at Nightfall even though it’s its sibling; it’s exactly what I was looking for for summer (although some might find it dense). A delicious blend of jasmine, vanilla, and that touch of monoi that makes it so summery. The longevity and trail are incredible; with a reapplication, it lasts all day. It’s the Fields at Nightfall flanker I disliked the most from the collection. It’s not a bad fragrance, but it lacks anything from the original: here there’s no creaminess or milky notes; the jasmine dominates and the monoi is very light. To me, it smells 70% like Royal Freesia from Zara (the lighter version of Mugler’s Alien) with 30% Fields at Nightfall. It’s 100% feminine, lasts 4-5 hours, has medium-low projection, and comes with glitter that isn’t visible—I don’t understand the point. I’ll stick with Blush for summer and Sublime for spring.
To me, it smells as if Mancera’s Holidays had been mixed with Fields at Nightfall or This Is Her, with the monoi predominating. It’s pleasant, with a warm sunscreen touch, but the blend feels a bit heavy for summer, so it’s perfect for spring and autumn. It has good projection and is very lovely, although the glitter isn’t noticeable on the skin.
To me, this perfume is like if Mancera’s Holidays had been mixed with Fields at Nightfall (or This Is Her) and the monoi from Holidays won out. I stumbled upon this gem at Zara and loved it; it smells very much like YSL’s Libre, sweet, with tropical and milky notes. The packaging is beautiful, it comes with glitter, and it’s a real little treasure.
