  1. This floral is a spectacle: a powdery, dark rose with piquant undertones, accented by soft flashes of lilac and violet/iris in the background. An excessively intriguing floral, especially for the season. A delicate dusting of patchouli wraps around the rest to add character. Over time, it becomes more resinous. It’s a tremendously provocative floral; I can imagine it adorning the neck of a bold courtesan. This is the version compared to the extrait. French Can Can has undergone reformulations: it relaunched in the 80s and again in the 00s. In 2011, it returned with more modern ingredients.
