Hawas Fire: a perfume you either love or hate. It smells like an Ultra Male/9 PM ‘mature’ version, combining that classic with Dior Sauvage: fruity, sweet, spiced, like strawberry gummies with a marine touch. It’s like mixing Ultra Male, Dior Sauvage, and Light Blue. It’s versatile as long as it doesn’t go above 30 degrees. Box: simple and cheap, design 8.0. Bottle: the best in the line, red with black, heavy and sturdy cap, 9.3. Atomiser: very generous and spreads well, 9.0. Price: I bought it cheap at 35 dollars (I see more than 50 and it’s exaggerated), 8.0. Longevity: I notice them well, mine last 7-8 hours, it’s not that beast they paint, 8.5. Projection: overwhelming for 3 hours, incredible, 9.0. Trail: wherever you go leaves a scent, no problem, 9.0. Compliments: gives one or another but it’s not its strength, common DNA, 8.2. Final rating: 8.6. Conclusion: excellent as long as you don’t have Sauvage or 9 PM in your collection; if you do, I’d skip it; it smells very similar with slight changes. It doesn’t last 12 hours with 5 sprays as they say; it’s 8-10 sprays for 7-8 hours with good 3-hour projection. The price is negative if it’s Arabic and common DNA; if it’s max 40 dollars, buy it; if it’s more, it’s not worth it.

I tried it in-store and the first thing I noticed was a cheap, sugary scent sold at ridiculous prices that tastes like everything but sugar. A somewhat synthetic, strong sweetness (plus, I don’t know if it was the wind or the heat, it evaporated from my hand in two hours). Nevertheless, I don’t see it as bad. It’s not my style, but I find it quite good and attractive. I’ll try it again because the hype surrounding it is illogical. It’s super versatile; an easy scent to wear almost anywhere except very formal events. As a daily wear for someone young, it’s excellent. Scent: 8/10 Longevity: 6/10 (? Projection: 7/10 Versatility: 9/10 Not a blind buy. Several friends didn’t like it for the same reason, but it’s the type of perfume that ‘changes’ when you smell it on others (or I hope so). P.S.: It gave me an allergy on my hand right where I applied it.

A pretentious attempt at marine freshness. The clary sage clashes with Egyptian jasmine and a cold, metallic mineral base. The synthetic marine note dominates; the ambergris barely fulfils its role as a fixative. Projection 7/10, it smells like car air freshener, not skin. It lasts 8 hours as one might expect from an EDP, but it is linear and boring. Only suitable for spring/summer daytime; at night or in high heat it becomes harsh and smells of rust. It is for the man who wants to smell expensive without risking anything, zero personality, for ages 35 to 55. It evokes wet grey cement for me. Audience 90% male, 10% unisex. Attractiveness 5/10: it does not bother but does not enchant, it is functional and that’s it.

Let’s see, what can I say. It smells marine and aromatic as the box says, but with a fruity touch that doesn’t overpower. For me, it’s a wonder and surpassed my doubts after reading polarised reviews; in my humble opinion, it is worth it. It lasts a treat: I put it on at 11 am and could still smell it at 6, although the projection drops a bit afterwards, but for me, that’s fine. I used it at the dentist and the receptionist gave me a compliment, haha. I see it as versatile, better for autumn and spring, although it works in any season except very cold areas where it loses potency. Scent, projection, trail, and longevity: I loved it.

Hephaestus, the god of fire and craftsmanship, conquered Aphrodite not for beauty but for creative genius. Hawas Fire embodies that spirit: it’s not the prettiest on the shelf nor the most popular, but when worn, it reveals itself as solid and forged. From the berry opening to an amber base that lasts hours, it seeks to mark territory without being an uncontrolled flame. It has moments of freshness, like dying embers that are still alive. It plays with that duality of burning and refreshing at once. It’s an act of slow fire, a forge worthy of the god who conquered love through merit, not pretty bottles.

The best Hawas in the entire line and I will not discuss it. Despite the new flankers, this smells like something unique, nothing you have smelled before, with a high dose of sensuality. It is definitely in my top 3; it has given me the best compliments. Perfumón, I will not tire of saying it. The trail on clothes after three hours is inexplicable, it can only be experienced. Perfect for dates or special events to stand out. A total ‘beast mode’ and a ‘compliment giver’ without competition. I urge every man to have it in his collection; later they will come here and thank you for it.

Masculine and disruptive. The opening is unusual: earthy tobacco, ash, something smoky. It conveys a masculine vibe from the start, nothing unisex. As it dries down, sweet notes appear but without losing its character. It is disruptive for mixing smoky, plum, and mineral notes; although they don’t quite blend, on skin it is delicious. The notes hold up well and it lasts a long time. It is versatile, but test on skin first to see how it evolves. My rating: 9/10. Hawas Fire is a beast, all-rounder and original. For me, the true Jazz Club.

In the opening, you feel those red berries, acidic and sweet. Quickly, a smell of roasted fruit appears, like homemade jam when the grandmother is boiling the pot. It’s a bit synthetic, probably due to the mineral or amber notes which are my least favourite. Marine notes? Raise your hand if you feel them; I don’t. It’s a masculine and youthful scent, a clean ‘sport’. Nothing like the unisex label on the website. It lasts and projects well without being as beastly as its sister Ice. Ideal for moderate climates.

It’s hard to describe; to me, it smells of red berries with a sweet, ambered base and a marine floral note. It is versatile, but unlike others, I don’t recommend it for heat; Hawas Fire is sweet and potent, if you use it above 25 degrees, it will be a nuisance. I’m using it in the cold and sometimes I’m bothered a bit by how strong it is, although it’s only five sprays. Better for temperate or cold climates, with few sprays in enclosed spaces.

For me, the opening is fruity and slightly sweet, like candied orange peel without being cloying. Then it blends with amber and florals, sounding fantastic. I’ve received many compliments; it smells great, lasts long, and is noticeable. I wear it daily and it never fails. In short: a fruit and floral tea with a sweet touch. Recommended.

Very good perfume, like all in the Hawas line. It is different, a sweet marine scent. The sweet part reminded me of 9PM Rebel, but with a salty marine base. I do not think it resembles the others in the line. It has beastly projection, it is felt from kilometres away and fills a whole room for 3 or 4 hours.

It’s the third Hawas fragrance I own (alongside Ice and Tropical), and it’s definitely my favourite. After nearly two months of use, its performance is excellent: around eight hours of longevity, with great projection and sillage. It’s a distinctly masculine scent and quite versatile.

If you’re looking for something for everyday wear and any season, this is it. It has a fresh opening, and after five minutes, the red berries (elderflower) come through, giving it a spectacular touch. It’s the most versatile perfume I own and my absolute favourite.

Top aroma. The woody notes are very subtle; what predominates is the fruitiness, like a very sweet red apple. It gave me a flashback to my Only The Brave Tattoo, but with much more potency.

It has oud and leather, but gives me a sensation similar to Arabian Tonka with a fresh, fruity metallic touch. It’s very good, though I wouldn’t wear it daily or in the heat.
