It’s a white floral, very clean. Although it doesn’t say so, it smells of neroli; it reminds me of L’Interdit, though they’re not the same, the note is crafted identically in both. I detect sweet honey and vanilla, plus something green which I think is broom. Ilha do Mel claims to be inspired by Brazil, but having been there several times myself as a Latina, I don’t believe it captures the true essence. I was expecting something fruity, marine, coconut, a scent reminiscent of suntan lotion… definitely, Brazil doesn’t smell like floral with neroli. I wouldn’t buy it; Memo Paris has better options.
