  • The only J’adore I’ve liked, very different from the original. It reminds me of Woman by Ralph Lauren, just a little less sweet.

  • No point, J’adore simply isn’t for me… it’s a very floral fragrance. It smells of jasmine flower to me, nothing more… pure jasmine. Very potent and substantial, ideal for winter. Definitely didn’t like it.

  • I was eager for it and the result is spectacular; it melts anyone. I categorised it for family events due to its white flowers, but on my skin the tuberose becomes heavy and the longevity is like any eau de toilette, on par with Miss Dior Roses, a pity.

  • No point, the J’adorest just don’t work for me… it’s very floral, I feel it only smells of jasmine, pure jasmine. Very potent and substantial, suitable for winter. Definitely not for me.

  • Pff, pff… Infinissime, the thirty-fifth flanker of J’adore, as pleasant as it is forgettable. I expected more from a tuberose and this falls short; the tuberose doesn’t take off and the sillage is poor. A capped tuberose. Not all tuberoses need to be indolic and sexual; there are functional or summer ones. The problem is that it wants to be radiant and seductive but stops there. It opens like a sparkling insolent tuberose gum, with a lingering taste of happy nineties florals, evolving into a rare, poorly executed mess, with toasted cashmeran and a drowned tuberose, until the tuberose returns alone, marzipan-like and sandy. It’s not ugly but not pretty either; it’s undefined and weak, the worst. It has no comparison with better-made tuberoses. If you love that flower, you want it orgasmic and spicy; here it never really takes off. If you like it, take a look at Gucci Bloom, which over time I’ve grown to like for offering something counter-current. PS: Ralph Lauren Woman is another nice tuberose but smells artificial. PS II: This flanker doesn’t remind you of the original at all.

  • I tried it and it lasts a treat with a wide sillage. It’s rich, sweet, yet floral, not gourmand. From afar it smells of caramel; up close, it’s tuberose and pink pepper. Very well done, ideal for evening, feminine and classy. I find it more personal than the classic J’adore. I bought it after giving it thought because it made me addicted and my family loved it. EDIT: After four years, although it still has presence, the tuberose has become strong and tiring for me. With half a bottle still intact, I gifted it to my cousin who enjoys it on her skin; for me, it felt like an intense floral, almost like flowers in water, very ‘old lady’ and invasive. I wouldn’t buy it again and now I think more before trying florals, as they tend to bore me.

  • I love the scent, it is quite addictive. The neroli is very well done, although sweeter than I expected. It’s a pity that on my skin it doesn’t last long; it seems to cling more to clothes.

  • It was a blind buy and it didn’t disappoint me; it is a rich, sweet floral aroma. I agree that it is very similar to Woman by Ralph Lauren, which I also liked. Unfortunately, my pH doesn’t suit Dior; like many fragrances, especially the Jadore In Joy flanker, they only last two hours on my skin with a moderate trail. Its value for money is poor for me, but I will enjoy this bottle and won’t buy it again.

  • Lmiranda19

Nice floral; I usually can’t stand too much tuberose but here it’s very well balanced and doesn’t become heavy. On me I don’t detect the ylang-ylang, but rather a sweet anise scent. If you like spring florals, you’ll love this one.

  • Lmiranda19

Pretty floral. I usually can’t stand an excess of neroli, but here it is very well blended and doesn’t become heavy. On me, I don’t feel the ylang-ylang, but rather a sweet anise scent. If you like spring florals, you will like it.

  • I bought it blind and unfortunately, I didn’t like it at all. It reminds me of the perfume Amor by Paula Cademartori; I feel it is the same and I would pay ten times less. I thought I would love it because of the reviews and an influencer, but the neroli doesn’t go with me. I will gift or sell it. It does not resemble the classic J’Adore. It is not for blind buys unless you love neroli. It is a yellow floral.

  • For a J’Adore I expected something more. It’s pretty and versatile but smells like L’Interdit by Givenchy on steroids, perhaps sweeter but with less personality. It has moderate sillage and lasts about five hours. Although I love L’Interdit, for me it passes without glory compared to J’Adore, which seems extremely elegant. I don’t feel it adds anything new and it has worse performance. Scent 6.5/10, Longevity 5/10, Sillage 6.5/10, Value 5.5/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy it again? No, I didn’t buy it.

  • For a J’Adore, I expected more. It is pretty and versatile, but it smells like a steroid version of L’Interdit by Givenchy, sweeter but with less personality. It has a moderate trail and lasts about five hours. Although I love L’Interdit, for me it passes without glory compared to the J’Adore, which is extremely elegant. I don’t feel it adds anything new and it has worse performance than L’Interdit. Scent 6.5/10, Longevity 5/10, Trail 6.5/10, Value for money 5.5/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy again? No.

  • Bought it blind and it was a total fiasco… what a shame. It smells awful, just like the ‘Amour’ by Paula Cademartori. Which is why, if it had that scent, I’d pay ten times less. I was misled by the reviews and the influencer; I’ve discovered that neroli simply isn’t for me. I’ll give it away or sell it. Just to clarify, it doesn’t even resemble the classic J’adore. Don’t buy blind unless you absolutely love neroli. It’s a yellow floral.

  • I don’t know what I expected from the flanker, perhaps too much. The bottle is lovely with the detail of the gold ring, recalling the promos with Charlize and the opulence of Jadore. I was enthusiastic, but upon smelling it, I was speechless. It didn’t excite me much; after an unexpected fruity and spicy opening, came notes of over-sweetened ylang-ylang and neroli that cloyed me. I found a slight familiarity with the classic after searching hard. I stick with the classic. Scent 8/10, Trail 9/10, Longevity 9/10.

  • J’Adore, the first in EDP version. It is an exquisite, balanced, and elegant perfume with a clear idea in its notes. The rest is marketing: pretty names, minimal variations, or confusion about what it wants to convey. This fragrance almost ceases to be J’Adore due to the excessive neroli that blurs it. The best part: the 150 ml bottle at the price of 100. If you are a fan of the classic, do not buy it blind; try it first. The longevity is medium to low, the trail is soft, and it disappears quickly. The bottle follows the original style. It is pleasant, average 6.5 or 7.

I bought it blind, knowing the classic. At Christmas, the shop smelled of everything, and the saleswoman sprayed several perfumes on me without me being able to properly analyse this one; I knew it was pleasant but didn’t know its notes or longevity, something key because my skin devours fragrances. I bought the 150 ml bottle at a good price, but reading the reviews made me sad due to complaints that it evaporates. Today, when buying a diffuser, the shop gave me the classic J’Adore EDP 100 ml. I tried it and loved the opening and evolution. It’s been three hours and it is present with a moderate trail; the dry down with sandalwood and roses is very pleasant. It is a relief: it is noticeable with a single spray. I thought I had wasted money, but I haven’t. It smells similar to the classic but creamier. If it doesn’t last, use a diffuser or a little unscented almond oil to fix it. I will update with real-world use.

  • verdepensativo

A sublime vanilla and tuberose, fine and talc-like with modern projection and powerful sillage. It stays on me for a long time, with moderate sillage after two hours and projection up to six hours. Excellent quality, much liked by those who detect it and it elicits compliments. Due to its quality it’s a bit pricey but you can tell it has plenty of essence. Sillage and projection are rather moderate.

  • verdepensativo

A sublime vanilla and nardos, fine and talcum-like, with modern projection and potent trail. It stays on me for a long time; the trail becomes moderate after two hours and the projection lasts until 6 hours. Excellent quality, a perfume that is very liked by those who perceive it. It elicits compliments. Considering what it represents in quality, it’s a bit pricey, but it’s noticeable with plenty of essence. This and the projection are rather moderate.

  • Smells of jasmine and neroli with a spicy, warm, and floral touch. In the base, there is a very subtle wood. The flowers are potent in the bottle, although they soften over time.

  • To be honest, it disappointed me; I expected something more mysterious and captivating than the classic J’Adore, but there is no real effort to surpass it. On my skin, the only thing that lingers is the neroli, and although I like it, there is too much of it. It starts strong with a prickly sensation that fades quickly; then it softens and the jasmine timidly emerges. The dry down is more pleasant because the neroli blends better with the flowers, creating a balanced scent. The longevity is moderate: around four hours, with a weak trail after two. It’s a feminine and pleasant floral, but feels common, with nothing to distinguish it. My husband said it smells like hand cream. I prefer the classic or the Absolu, which are exquisite.

  • Is this a J’adore? Seriously? It has the same bottle and nothing else… it smells like a flanker of 4711. It has nothing to do with the original; in fact, it seems a vulgarity for that legendary bottle to carry such a scent. Flankers have gone out of control; not everything is acceptable.

  • Is this a J’adore? Seriously? It has the same bottle, but I’d say it’s a flanker of 4711. It has nothing to do with the original; in fact, I think it’s a vulgarity that this scent goes in that mythical bottle. Flankers are going off the rails, not everything is worth it.

  • I don’t know the original J’Adore, so I’m reviewing only this one. The opening is hyper-floral and strong in projection: creamy nardos from the ylang and very sweetened by blood orange. When the projection calms down, the sweetness of the oranges lowers to add that velvety texture of the rose, along with a more woody touch and something synthetic. The final result is soapy and floral, sober, and reminds me of a middle-aged woman in a suit trying to look 10 years younger. The projection after half an hour is weak and doesn’t last more than 6 hours on my skin. I think it serves from autumn to spring, with cool temperatures, for semi-formal occasions. It’s very feminine, but nothing original compared to current designer florals. Pleasant: 6/10, Interesting: 3/10, Versatile: 7/10, Original: 0/10.

  • It’s an explosively floral scent with a marked nardo note. I perceive it as elegant, sober and classic, but I don’t feel comfortable with it. To my taste it’s very stately, of the style of L’Interdit.

  • I bought it blindly; the opening is aggressive to the nose, but once it dissipates, I feel delicious nardos with a touch of acidic citrus. I think it’s ideal for daily wear in much heat. Perhaps it’s just my opinion, but it’s not for all ages; I sense it’s more for adult women and those who like florals.

I love this fragrance, I truly adore J’adore. Although it’s different from the others, it remains exquisite, at least for me, I feel elegant. I’m a lover of these fragrances and I would love to have the complete collection. I love the finesse of its scent because florals are difficult, especially white ones, but when they are done well they are perfect.

  • Perla Vencis

I bought it and at first it didn’t say anything to me. I put it away for weeks, tried it over several days and, after weeks of continuous use, it has won me over. In perfumery, second chances are always necessary. Master Demachy, what a beautiful scent. J’adore Infinissime is elegance: despite having the DNA of many white florals, it has its own personality. The citrus opening only heralds with a flourish the arrival of white flowers (nardos, sambac jasmine) and rose. It has the perfect dry-down of a realistic sandalwood combined with nardos. I love it.

  • nataliedrm

Too citrusy at the start; by the end the citrus notes don’t fade completely and the nardos aren’t enjoyable at all.

  • nataliedrm

Too citrusy at the start. By the end, the citrus notes don’t fade completely and the neroli is absolutely unenjoyable.

  • LosPerfumesDeJavi

I went to try it for the nardos and, although the scent is delicious, the performance is terrible, like a cologne. It doesn’t last or stand out. What a disappointment not to have bought it blindly. Those comparing it to the ‘L’Or’ version haven’t smelled this one; they have nothing to do with each other. The ‘L’Or’ is super dense and creamy; apart from the jasmine, they don’t resemble each other. Upon trying it I thought: ‘wow, what lovely nardos with citrus and jasmine’, but after 15 minutes I could only smell it close to the skin and by an hour it was fading. After two hours there was nothing. What a disappointment, and it happened in two different perfumeries. To think it costs 134€/100ml is an exaggeration. Sometimes I don’t understand why it costs so much to properly fix such expensive perfumes. I’ll stick with the ‘L’Or’, that one truly lives up to its name.

  • cursedhazakura

Update: it has finally won me over. I initially doubted its longevity, but what a mistake. It’s a J’adore with nardos, softer, sexier and less severe. The projection isn’t beastly, nor is it invisible; it’s right in the middle ground. I put it on at 11 and have smelled good all day… I suppose that’s my perception. At 10:30 last night, my boyfriend told me: ‘you smell wonderful, you smell like a sexy miss’.
