Descripción

Live Irrésistible Rosy Crush by Givenchy is a chypre floral fragrance for women. Launched in 2019, this composition was created by Dominique Ropion, Fanny Bal and Claire Liégent. In its opening, the top notes unfold goji berries, pink pepper, orange, lemon and bergamot. The heart reveals a floral harmony with rose and peony, while the base settles on musk, vanilla, patchouli and ambroxan.

  • Rosa del Mar

If you like roses, you’ll adore it. At first, it smells of goji berries (cherries and blueberries) which give intensity to the rose, sounding like a creamy, musky body lotion. After twenty minutes, the peony and pepper give it body; I sense it’s honeyed by soft vanilla and citrus, like a touch of innocence. It seems youthful but with an impetuous opening that softens. It lasts two hours, a pity because it’s delicious. The dry down reminds me of L’Artisan Parfumeur Black Perfecto Florale. Very sensual and delicate, ideal for sunny days.

  • I bought it blindly and if you love roses, you’ll fall in love with it. It opens with fresh spring vibes, then the citrus comes out, ideal for summer. On my skin, it lasts 7 or 8 hours. The bottle is delicate and elegant, very youthful; a delightful surprise and one of my favourites.

  • Clean, pleasant roses with good longevity. I wear it in cold weather and it gives the sensation of a garden full of flowers; it’s my imagination, but I adore it in winter. For me, 9/10.

  • For me, Givenchy is the queen of roses; it’s purely soapy, very lovely. Sometimes rose in perfumes sounds old or heavy, but here it never does; she’s the master of this note.

  • Smells to me like the classic Fulton rose soap. Clean, neat, and harmonious. It’s a pure, linear rose, not overly complex, with a talc-like touch and a crystal-clear ambroxan similar to Kenzo World. I love it, but the price makes me hesitate… waiting for a sale.

  • Now that I have it! There are facets I didn’t notice with the 2ml sample. Now it’s summer in Argentina and the soapy tone goes away quickly due to the heat, leaving a velvet but dry and crisp rose accord, thanks to the ambroxan and patchouli which is beautiful, soft and aromatic. The peony and vanilla add freshness keeping it clean and luminous. It’s worth spraying generously to refresh after a shower or for a relaxed weekend. It’s an informal rose, to enjoy without rushing. I liked it much more than I thought. It’s noticeable on the arm for hours with good projection, but on the neck it stops being felt after a few minutes, I think it’s one of those that the nose gets used to quickly.

  • I found it very rich and delicate, perfect for spring. It gives me the same feeling as Idole by Lancome: a soft, fresh and modernised rose, easy to wear and nothing heavy. Yes, it smells more soapy and has a dry musky base but it’s balanced with the floral. If it weren’t for the fact that the sillage is very soft and it lasts little (about 3 hours), I would buy it. If you don’t mind reapplying, you might like it or it might work better on your skin. Next time I’ll try putting more on. Scent 7/10, Longevity 4/10, Sillage 5/10, Value for money 5/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 6/10. Would I buy again? No, I didn’t buy it.

Looking for a rose perfume for my collection, I chose Rosy Crush. The rose note wasn’t one of my favourites, but after trying it, I changed my mind; it’s worked incredibly well, fresh, as if it were on the plant with dew, followed by fresh and spicy fruity notes. Over time, the rose blends with peonies, ambroxan and patchouli. The vanilla is soft, not sweet, and the musk stands out giving it cleanliness. I’ve fallen in love, it’s comfortable, pretty, informal and even sexy. The longevity is good, the projection is strong at the start and then drops without being weak. I highly recommend it.

  • As the name suggests, the rose rules. The opening is rose with citrus, which isn’t for me, but then it turns into a powdery rose reminiscent of a vintage soap with a touch of ambroxan, which is my favourite. It’s not a standout fragrance but it smells rich. You have to spray a lot because on my skin it lasts little, about 3 or 4 hours, and the sillage is weak. For the price, it should last longer. If you like roses, you’ll probably buy it blindly.

  • Ordered online and, honestly, the classic from this line is another level: it has more body, feels heavier, and lasts much longer, leaving a trail. On the other hand, Rosy Crush seems very weak; the floral and pink pepper notes are quite prominent. While the top notes work well initially with that citrus-floral touch, it soon fades. It’s a very light fragrance, too light for my taste in this version. I think it would suit autumn or spring, as it would perform better in those climates. For summer, I prefer fruits and florals with more substance that last longer on the skin and have more weight, yet remain fresh and noticeable. If it weren’t for the 40% discount, I wouldn’t buy it; it’s expensive for what it offers. I hope my opinion is helpful.

  • I ordered it online and, honestly, the classic of this line is another level: more body, more weight, and it lasts much longer leaving a trail. Rosy Crush seems very weak; the floral and pink pepper dominate, the citrus-floral play is good at the start but then it gets very thin. It’s super light, ideal for autumn or spring, but for summer I prefer fruity and floral scents with more consistency that are noticeable on the skin. If it weren’t for the 40% discount, I wouldn’t pay for it; it’s expensive for what it offers. I hope my opinion helps.

  • It’s like a freshly bloomed rose button, sparkling in a damp, well-tended garden. The vanilla is very subtle and at the end leaves a soapy touch. I like it, it’s lovely, although if you’re not a fan of roses, don’t buy it blindly.

  • Mónica Martínez Mora

A fresh, youthful and delicate fragrance where roses and vanilla dominate. On my skin, it doesn’t last more than three hours.

  • Fresh rose, the sweet notes are very soft and subtle, the opening sparkles well, but on skin it lasts moderately and the sillage is minimal. I like it, but I wouldn’t repurchase due to the performance.

  • MacarenaMaira131

Totally agree with Mica25. If it were a Givenchy, it should project with a single spray, but it doesn’t; I had to get close to smell it. Then, the sillage stays at a moderate level. The fragrance is pepper, rose, and nothing else. I expected much more. Like the Live Irresistible EDP, which lasts quite a while and makes an impact with just a drop, this one is unfortunately far from that.

  • A genuine delight that clings to the soul; where you spray it, you can’t take your nose away. It’s highly addictive due to that standout pink pepper note, ideal for hot days, though it doesn’t perform as well in the cold. Being a Givenchy, one expects a decent price-to-performance ratio, but this isn’t the case. Coming from the Irresistibles family, it lasts less than three hours on my skin with a moderate, almost weak sillage. I won’t repurchase for that reason, which pains me, as it’s a beautifully crafted scent that I adore.
