I tried it with the sample that came with Äican and I was hooked: it smells better than the original and has a more masculine touch. Projection and longevity are decent, although in the end I still prefer my women’s fragrances.
I’ve had it in my collection for seven months and use it sparingly. I wanted it as a treat so Almaz could have her little brother alongside my Kajals; the shelf looks stunning. The scent is unique, more masculine but suitable for women (though I’ve never worn it myself). I’ve gifted decants to men and they love it, surely due to that minty note that makes it incredibly rich: a rare balance between fresh nuts, sweetness, and EXTREMELY long-lasting performance.
Does anyone know what super-earthy note is present in this and in Boss The Scent Elixir? It’s the only thing I don’t like about both.
Masa is an addiction: on my skin it’s fruity, citrusy, and woody, a delight I can’t stop smelling. Although it’s unisex, the woods, vetiver, and cardamomo give it a masculine air. I rarely discuss notes because every skin smells it differently (some get candied peanuts or mint, I don’t). The performance is brutal: over eight hours and noticeable on clothes for days. Projection is moderate, at arm’s length, but always present. The quality is top-notch, the bottle is majestic and stands out anywhere. Plus, it comes with a Discovery set of Almaz, Dahab, and Lamar, very feminine but delicious, perfect for gifting. This perfume must be in the collection. 9/10
Posting my first review here, as it deserves it. I ran out of my usual perfume (reformulated and nothing like the previous wonder) and I’ve always been loyal to Samsara. Since I don’t have it, I’ve been testing, reading, and smelling everything to find my new signature scent, the one that defines me as Samsara did. I entered Niche blindly, ordered samples of Kajal, and found Masa. Incredible from the moment I put it on; it’s a ‘monster’ fragrance and a contender for the top spot. I haven’t decided yet as I only tried it once with a sample and need to test more, but it deserves special mention. I won’t list notes as they vary by skin and taste (some get Mirabelle plum, others cardamom). Simply put, I loved it. At first it’s intense (even perfumed the room), but as it dries down it’s a wonder: clean with a powdery touch. I tested it this morning with five sprays and, although I struggle to keep fragrances, I can still smell it after five hours. If it carries amber, vanilla, and something fresh, it stays on my skin. Everyone smells it differently, but for me, it’s a wonder.
I received a free sample from Liquo. It smells minty, sweet, and woody, absolutely delicious. For me, it’s like opening a packet of candied peanuts with mint: that first burst of concentrated aroma, caramel, and freshness. I think the minty aspect is a blend of cardamom and petit grain, very pleasant. I perceive it as unisex, perhaps more for cold or evening days. I didn’t test the longevity properly as it came in a dabber; I want to switch to spray to test it well, as in the first test I used little and it didn’t last long. Edit: Although it’s more aromatic than sweet, my son smelled some kind of sweetness without me telling him. When I told him I thought it was minty candied peanuts, he said it was the same. After some time on the skin, I still perceive it the same way, just slightly softer. I was about to buy it on sale, but decided to finish the sample and save it for later. I also want to try Lamar and Dahab, which are very hyped.
As expected, Kajal never fails: Massa is a perfume that captivates, sensual and addictive, with a sparkling opening that grabs you from the very first moment.
As one would expect, Kajal does not disappoint: Masa is a fragrance that pleases, sensual, addictive, with a sparkling opening that captivates at first glance and is noticeable.
Hello, Liquo is bringing the entire Kajal line in mid-September. Greetings.
I’m dying to try it. Does anyone bring it to Chile?
