  1. Another successful blind buy! It’s incredibly versatile: day, night, all seasons. Elegant and unisex, sensual but not overly feminine. I don’t have the original Olympea as it’s become too mainstream; I’ve always preferred the flankers. The Legend is the only one I didn’t like; it’s too alcoholic and breaks the style. Onyx follows the line of the original and Intense; I own the latter, which is warmer, sweeter and heavier, ideal for avoiding in summer. Onyx is more volatile and softer. The aquatic jasmine is noticeable, less salty, with a refreshing and clean touch, though the citrus notes of the original are less evident. Everything is well-blended without anything overpowering another. There’s a subtle amber touch to add warmth without being overwhelming. It has good projection and longevity; I was surprised it lasts longer than the Intense. It’s lovely, I wear it at any time, I adore it and put it on in the morning. A perfect cloud of scents. A real treat. It seems fashions are changing and moving away from the tedious fruity-chouls trend, how wonderful!

I don’t know why, I’ve just seen it. I wanted a black Olympea bottle and, oh surprise, I found this. I detect notes similar to the classic before it was reformulated; I hope it’s as good as that because it’s what I’ve been searching for for some time.

Top fragrance, but watch out: it smells almost identical to the Intense. If you don’t own the Intense, buy it; if you do, this adds nothing new. Both are good. I didn’t like the Legend; it was too cloying; this one is strong but without that horrible liquor note of the Legend. The longevity is excellent, as with the entire line.
