I’m obsessed. Soft, sweet and vanilla with a caramel note that doesn’t feel heavy. The bottle is gorgeous, but the price and brand don’t justify its performance, which is as poor as a supermarket cologne. I don’t understand how something so expensive and famous can have zero longevity and no sillage.
I love it: soft, sweet and vanilla-scented, with a hint of caramel that isn’t overpowering. The bottle is beautiful. The downside is the price and the brand, as a supermarket cologne lasts longer on my skin. I can’t understand how an expensive, well-known product can have zero longevity and leave no trace.
Today is my favourite Prada Candy: minimalist, subtle and pleasant, sweet without being heavy. I’m not sure if it smells like ‘sugar pop’, xD, but it lifts my mood. I wear it during the day and even sleep with it on to relax. But beware, as of today I can’t stand it anymore 🥲; my nose has changed and now it feels utterly cloying, probably due to an excess of powdery notes.
So soft it smells like baby powder cologne. I bought it blindly because of the box design, but it wasn’t money wasted: I used it on my four- and one-year-olds and they smell incredible.
It’s a shame it doesn’t last, because it smells exquisite and is lovely for daytime wear, but after a few hours I can’t smell anything at all.
A pity that such an exquisite and rich daytime fragrance has such poor longevity; I can’t detect it after just a few hours.
Sweet and feminine, a caramel scent with citrus. Soft, ideal for hot days. I see it as a scent for a young, fun girl, although I’m not that young and I love it.
This latest version of Candy promised to be the sweetest, in the style of Aquolina’s Sugar Pink, but it isn’t. It has vanilla, yes, but blended with bergamot citrus and a red apple fruity halo that make it the twin sister of Candy Kiss: similar but not identical. Sugar Pop is more coquettish and playful, while this one is tender and innocent. Despite its spontaneity, I think it has more joy than its namesake, although it is less beautiful.
It starts citrusy, then the sweet caramelised apple and pleasant… at the dry down comes the peach with the vanilla. Everything lasts more than an hour. They have the feeling of wanting to create something delicate and charming but falling short; to appreciate it you have to keep your nose right up against your wrist. The longevity is a shame; in the last two hours, only a subtle vanilla is barely perceptible.
It’s almost like wearing nothing. It smells very faint and the longevity is negligible.
