Very pretty and fresh; the first scent is citrus, followed by freesia, though the tiare goes unnoticed. I adore freesias, but here they seem a bit faint. It’s a charming perfume, although I feel it lacks a little character and body. Still, it’s a great option for spring or summer if you don’t favour purely citrus scents.

  2. It’s a good perfume, fresh and lasts a long time. However, it sometimes becomes too sweet, and the white flowers aren’t noticeable, only the lemon. Eros seems to be a similar version but less sweet, which is ideal for the heat.

  3. Fresh, energetic and vital. It’s perfect for gifting and suits women of all ages. It’s subtle, without much trail or longevity, but it has plenty of personality.

  4. Lovely! It’s super feminine and refined. On my skin, the white flowers are very noticeable and it lasts quite a while. The trail isn’t the best, but it does project. It’s a perfume I buy again once it’s finished; I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve purchased it. I love it.

  5. I bought it blindly because of the good price, but I regretted it quickly. It was only noticeable at first and then it just disappeared! I won’t be buying it again.

I’m using it in summer and it’s ideal for this weather. I like it, though not entirely. It’s citrusy, but I sense a fruity touch, like pear. I’ll keep using it, but I won’t repurchase when it runs out. I prefer others in my collection. It’s a somewhat mature scent with a vintage touch, denoting elegance. It’s like a modern perfume for mature women.

It’s a great floral; on my skin it stands out, projects well and isn’t intrusive. Besides, it’s excellent for everyday wear and the office. Above all, it’s perfect for summer.

  8. It smells very soft and elegant, with a citrus opening and white flowers gradually blending in. Very delicate and discreet, yet its trail is noticeable, albeit soft. I love its ‘sober’ presentation; for Versace, it is very elegant and not overly ornate. A great purchase.

  9. It smells very soft and elegant. It opens citrusy and gradually the white flowers integrate. Very delicate and discreet, yet its trail is appreciable, albeit soft. I love its ‘sober’ packaging; for Versace it’s very elegant and not overly fussy. A very good purchase.

  10. It’s the non-trail, non-projection, non-longevity sibling of L’Instant de Guerlain.

Vanitas is a friendly fragrance that invites cordiality. Every time I go to Sephora, I put it on my wrist, and honestly, I love it. Why? Because of the harmony of the notes. It is a masterfully blended fragrance with evolution. The opening is fresh, moving into a white floral scent where a delicate, warm, and sensual tiare flower stands out. It doesn’t smell tropical but rather like a flower garden sweetened by a very modern tonka bean and cedar, which gives it excellent longevity. More than eight hours on my skin, which is much to ask for nowadays. On my skin, it highlights a spiced floral blend, and at the dry-down, a sensual aroma emerges. It is perfect for a woman in offices, leaving a pleasant trail that invites signing deals and attending business lunches, with a good memory effect. I also see it for going out with friends or a partner for a drink on a summer terrace. Without a doubt, people will smell you and think it is a kind and warm fragrance. In short, I have liked this fragrance since it launched, and even today, I think it has very good performance (at a very good price too…). It is warm and versatile.

It’s a masterful blend with good evolution. The opening is fresh and moves to a white floral scent where a delicate, warm and sensual tiare stands out. It doesn’t recall tropical fragrances, but rather a garden of flowers sweetened by a very current tonka vanilla and a cedar that gives it excellent fixation. It’s perfect for the office, leaving a pleasant trail that invites closing deals and business dinners, with a good memory effect. I also see it for going out with friends or a partner for a few drinks on summer terraces. Undoubtedly, people will smell you and think it’s a friendly and warm fragrance. In short, I’ve liked it since it launched, and nowadays I think it has very good performance (plus it’s very good value). It’s warm and versatile.

Smells exquisite and delicate, though it didn’t impress me quite as much as Dioraddict 2 or Bright Crystal. It’s divine, perfect for summer, rain, or the beach, and on my skin the tiare flower note really stands out. The trail is soft and discreet, but I’ll be buying it because it’s simply very good.

Floral, fresh, and super feminine! The best of Versace, recommended 100%. It suits my 19-year-old daughter perfectly, and on my 67-year-old mother it’s different, but absolutely delicious! Definitely a very good fragrance.

“The vanity of vanities, all is vanity.” Having little experience with Versace, my expectations were somewhat vague. Why the name Vanitas? In Latin it means vanity and evokes fragile objects and the brevity of life. Versace chose white, pure, and creamy flowers rather than outrageous animalic scents. It smells of a real floral bouquet enhanced with fresh lime; cedar and tonka bean prevent it from being linear, giving a sweet and pleasant dry-down. It reminds me of body creams, but the lime saves it from being generic or sticky. Ironically, it doesn’t remind me of the Vanitas from Kingdom Hearts, though if anyone notices, they might not understand the connection. The sillage is moderate and the projection humble: noticeable without being overwhelming. It’s not to everyone’s taste, but I doubt anyone will dislike it. A delicate and stable fragrance, whose charm lies in its philosophical execution.

What a delight! I went to the shopping centre, tried it, and I need it. It smells ultra-feminine and makes you noticed; it has a good trail and your presence is felt when you enter a place. The only downside is that towards the end it doesn’t smell as exclusive, but I forgive it entirely because the opening is worth it. It smells similar to Versace Eros Pour Femme on me.

  17. When I bought Versence, they gave me a sample of Vanitas and I was fascinated. The tiare scent drove me wild; it’s ultra-feminine and delicate… an absolute delight! It’s one of my favourites.

This perfume changed my mind several times. At first, I adored the romantic floral scent. When I first tried it, I caught that tiare flower essence which made me feel unsure about wearing it to work; I only considered it for formal dinners or elegant gatherings, almost too mature. Using it a few times, I felt like an older lady, but then it transformed. The tiare flowers that initially overwhelmed me became an essential for my daily routine. Its fine trail is rich and pleasant, a soft scent that adds femininity to everything. I recommend it.

This perfume made me change my mind several times; at first, I loved its romantic floral scent. When I first got it, I sensed that tiare flower essence that many say they dislike, which made me hesitate to wear it to work. I saw it only for formal dinners, elegant gatherings, or even a bit too old-fashioned. The first few times I wore it, I felt like an older lady, but then it transformed. The tiare flowers that initially overwhelmed me became an essential for my daily life. Its fine trail turned rich and pleasant, a soft scent that imparts femininity to everything it touches. I loved the first trail immensely: a light, creamy citrus scent that was very agreeable, and I thought, I want it! Then it changed and transformed into a fairly ordinary perfume that made me hesitate, so I decided not to buy it. I will try it again to give it a chance…

I liked it, although it left me with the sensation of having a ‘creamy’ smell, very similar to some body creams hehe… But yes, as SeleneHdez said, it is feminine and smells rich… on my skin it feels very soft 🙂 A soft floral and to a certain extent elegant… I barely noticed the lemon; it is a sparkling touch accompanying the flowers in the opening, then it becomes subtle and pleasant in the base.

Vanitas is an ode to tender femininity; it smells of tiare and lemon, a wonderful floral where tonka bean adds a sweetness that I adore. It has excellent longevity, lasting more than eight hours.
