Vinyle is a spicy, fiery, and sexy fragrance. It evokes the Parisian nightlife with a warm, sensual resinous opening accompanied by citrus; I detect a dry anise that gives a soft balsamic kick at the start. Then comes myrrh, one of my favourite notes, alongside an impressive-quality vanilla that create a perfect oriental combo. It’s easy to wear and pleasing, less complex than Cuir but very elegant, casual and understated. It’s perfect to wear with a blue silk shirt, formal yet passionate. I’d use it for a date, nightclub or dinner. The performance is decent to good. I like it, but I don’t think I’ll buy it in the future because it must fit perfectly with your tastes, given that the collection prices are anything but easy to afford.
