Amarena is my favourite gem; I adore it, and when I wear it, my senses bloom. Amarena opens with a fresh, slightly tart cherry alongside a juicy pomegranate; after just two minutes, a fully bloomed, beautiful rose takes centre stage, filling the space. What a lovely rose, I feel as though I could hold it in my hand. Then a very shy neroli makes an appearance half an hour later. Once the perfume becomes your second skin, it feels a little musky. I admire the quality of the ingredients; they are very natural. It is a fragrance that touches divinity, a dream of roses and cherries evoking very elegant sensuality. I know of no fragrance that resembles it, even a little. What a pity that, being a perfume dream, it barely lasts a couple of hours on my skin.
