I received the mailing with the news but didn’t feel brave enough to buy blindly. A few days later, on 14 February, I spotted it in a perfumerie and had to go and get it. At first glance, it seemed like just another citrus fragrance, which I love so much. The sales assistant mentioned a 20% discount, and well, I had to buy it. When I got home I opened it and applied it to my skin. What can I say? It smells of citrus, sweets and cleanliness. It’s a beauty. The citrus fades after about 15 minutes. At times it can feel cloying; I think it’s the vanilla with the sandalwood. For some reason, after three or four hours, I smell a men’s perfume (it reminds me of D&G Pour Homme). It persists all day. I think it’s divine for all year round, day or night. Perhaps I wouldn’t wear it on the heaviest days of summer.
The email arrived announcing it and I didn’t dare buy it blindly. However the next day 14 February I spotted it in a perfumerie and couldn’t resist. At first I thought it was just another citrus fragrance which I love so much. The sales assistant offered me a 20% discount and well I had to snap it up. As soon as I tested it on my skin it smelled of citrus sweetness and cleanliness. Simply brilliant. The citrus notes fade within fifteen minutes. Occasionally it feels a bit cloying I think it’s the vanilla with the sandalwood. For some strange reason after three or four hours it smells like a men’s fragrance; it reminds me of D&G Pour Homme. It lasts an incredibly long time all day. I find it divine for all seasons day or night. Perhaps on the hottest days of summer I wouldn’t wear it.
It’s an exquisite choice! An excellent option for lovers of sweet scents; it’s truly charming and the trail is very long-lasting. I recommend it a thousand times, I’m in love, and what can I say about its appearance? It’s magnificent.
It’s an absolute treat! A top option for lovers of sweet perfumes it is truly charming and the trail is very long-lasting. I recommend it a thousand times I am in love with it. Furthermore what can you say about its beautiful packaging; it is magnificent.
I bought it blindly based on reviews and notes, and it was a total hit. I’m delighted; from the first spray I liked it and I’ve developed a habit of wearing it day after day (although I have many more summer scents). It’s a proper summer perfume, not one of the heavy ones for evening, but it’s a delicious fragrance you wouldn’t mind wearing at any time. I don’t see any resemblance to the original CH.
For lovers of sweet perfumes, I recommend it. It’s intense, with a wide trail and long-lasting wear. I apply it and can still smell it the next day. To me, it lacks citrus; I don’t smell grapefruit, more like green apple and caramel. Vanilla predominates with a touch of coconut, the sandalwood is soft and the flowers are barely noticeable. I’d classify it as purely sweet. I only use one click because the intensity gives me a headache. If you love sweets, it’s ideal for spring and summer. It’s youthful, for young adults who want to project joy, sweetness and confidence.
For lovers of sweet perfumes I recommend it: it is sweet and intense with a wide trail and long longevity. In my case I apply it and the next day I can still smell it. For me it has little citrus; it doesn’t smell of grapefruit but rather of green apple and caramel. What predominates is the vanilla with a touch of coconut the sandalwood feels very soft and the flowers are barely noticeable. I would classify it as a purely sweet fragrance. In my case I only apply one spray because more gives me a headache due to the intensity. If you love sweet perfumes I recommend it especially for spring and summer. Regarding its character it is jovial; I recommend it for young adults who want to project joy sweetness and confidence.
Sharp at first, then the coconut and ylang-ylang come out. It feels very similar to the discontinued Avon Far Away Exotic. It’s sweet and fresh for summer. Medium longevity; I wouldn’t buy it again—I’d go for Under the Sea instead.
I detect the raspberry and grapefruit; quite citrusy at first but then it turns sweet. It reminds me of CH Queens. Like that one, it doesn’t convince me. It smells like air freshener.
I detect the raspberry and the grapefruit quite citrusy at first but then it becomes somewhat sweet. It reminds me of CH Queens. Like that one this one doesn’t convince me either. It smells like room air freshener.
Sharp at first, then the coconut, vanilla and ylang-ylang emerge. Gradually the raspberry and lemon start to show. Where is the myrrh? I was disappointed; I expected something sweeter and creamier given the coconut. It is sweet, but not what I was looking for. Medium longevity, the trail clings to the skin. What a pity—I love the bottle but wouldn’t buy it again. I RECOMMEND trying before buying. If you’re after coconut and vanilla, this isn’t it; it’s just another sweet.
On my skin, the neroli comes out first, followed by pure ylang-ylang with raspberry and a shy touch of vanilla. The dry-down is very elegant, like a woman in a skirt and heels, à la Catherine Deneuve. I like how it transforms because the opening is very strident. I didn’t detect any coconut or myrrh. Try it on skin; it doesn’t smell of vanilla or coconut—it’s neroli and ylang-ylang.
On my skin the neroli is noticeable at first then it becomes pure Ylang Ylang with a hint of raspberry and afterwards the vanilla timidly emerges. It has a very elegant dry-down like a woman in a skirt and heels à la Catherine Deneuve. I think it’s great that it changes because the opening is very strident. I didn’t detect any coconut or myrrh. It must be tested on skin because it’s not vanilla or coconut. It’s Neroli and Ylang Ylang.
Reminds me a great deal of Mula Mula Byron.
It reminds me very much of Mula Mula Byron.
Didn’t suit me for summer; it feels too heavy. With all that sweetness and wood, you end up smelling sweaty rather than fresh. I thought it would be more bearable in the heat, but no—I think it’s better suited for spring or autumn. The longevity is good thanks to the weight of the notes, but it’s not youthful and certainly not one to buy blindly. It’s pretty, feminine and potent, but that vanilla note feels very dirty to me.
