  1. Smells like train tracks… and I’m baffled by the love for that scent of wood soaked in petroleum!

  2. Powerful, elegant and dark. At first I thought it was a challenge, but after a few wears you get used to it. The dry down reminds me of Acqua di Parma Oud and over time it becomes woodier with an elegant sweetness. Projects a lot, has great sillage and longevity, so I recommend just 3 or 4 sprays. On my skin it lasts 12 hours, with great sillage for the first 4. I don’t seek compliments, but it feels wonderful when someone tells you you smell good and this perfume achieves it. 10 out of 10 for scent, quality and longevity. Cheers.

  3. If you want to smell intense yet elegant, this is the one for you. Incredible cardamom, but its oud is even better—a stable-like scent with class. On my skin it lasts a long time, 7 hours and still intense; by 9 it starts to fade a bit. I’m in love; I don’t understand why no one I know has reviewed this.

  4. I expected it to be more difficult, as some rate it as the ‘hardest’ in the line and others compare it to Voice of the Snake and Dark Lord… but no, it seems much friendlier, wearable and commercial. I also expected it to be smokier; it is, but not so much. It has the freshness of cardamom, the embrace of woods and a sweet touch that softens it. It exudes luxury and distinction, a quiet, deep and mysterious potency. The truth is, it’s hard not to fall under its spell. It smells great, but I find it less assertive, more domesticated and unisex than I imagined.
