For me, one of the best flankers of Zara’s Golden Decade. It’s the spring and fruity version of the original. Straight out of the bottle, it smells of cherry blossom, then the amaretto (almond and cherry liqueur) emerges, giving it a sweet, cherry-kissed touch. As it dries down, it becomes very similar to the original. I wear it in spring and summer, while the original is for autumn and winter. On my skin, it lasts around five hours with moderate-to-low projection. It’s more feminine than the original because the lavender is significantly toned down. The bottle is identical, but filled with pink liquid.
It begins with a dreamy, cherry-kissed amaretto. If it stayed like this until the dry-down, I’d buy it without hesitation. Unfortunately, it dries down just like the classic Golden Decade, which I don’t like. I wish they’d release a linear version with this opening. It hasn’t quite convinced me, but it has excellent olfactory quality, longevity, and sillage.
