Successor to the Supreme version, since the previous one is no longer available 🙄 Fingers crossed it lives up to the hype.
It’s a gourmand fragrance thanks to the toffee and tonka bean, so it’s super sweet but also very elegant due to the other notes. I detect lots of jasmine, almond, toffee, and tonka bean, but the blackcurrant and mandarin give it that special touch that makes it addictive. I smelled it once in the shop and knew I had to own it. It’s spectacular, but be warned: if you don’t like sweet scents, this isn’t for you, as it is very sweet. Also, if you don’t like jasmine, you probably won’t enjoy this either.
Bought it blind because it’s a flanker of the original, which is my favourite. It smells exactly the same at first, but then the toffee and jasmine note comes through, making it super elegant and pleasant. I’d recommend it for cold days, preferably in the evening or at night. Quentin Bich never fails.
Considered gourmand due to the toffee and tonka bean note, so brace yourself for a super sweet scent that’s also very elegant thanks to the rest of the notes. I pick up lots of jasmine, almond, the toffee touch, and of course the tonka bean… but I feel the blackcurrant and mandarin give it that elegant twist that makes it addictive. I smelled it once in the shop and knew I had to have it; it’s spectacular, but watch out: if sweetness isn’t your thing, this won’t be for you, because it’s not just sweet, it’s very sweet 😉 Also, my review is from someone who loves jasmine, so if you don’t enjoy it, this probably isn’t for you 🙂
Bought it blind, guided by good reviews and because it’s a flanker of the original, which I adore… well, it seems to be a bit of a miss, very similar to the original in the opening, but then the toffee mixed with jasmine emerges and becomes very pleasant and elegant. I’d recommend it more for cold weather, preferably in the evening or at night. Quentin Bich never disappoints.
