Halloween Shot by Halloween

I almost left a bad review. I tested it on my wrist and thought I wouldn’t like it. I bought it two months ago for the packaging and the notes, needing a Halloween scent. At first, I only smelled alcohol and something citrusy that tickled my nose. After two months, it now smells like sweet, soft fruit juice, with a daiquiri-like alcohol whisper and a base I think is hazelnut. After five minutes, I detect chocolate in the base. I like it! I should keep using it to be sure. It’s the first time I’ve kept a perfume, and returning to it, I absolutely love it. If you don’t like it at first, let it macerate for two months. It might settle and you’ll love it. If not, you’ll have a lovely gift in your hands.

A very enigmatic scent, sharing that typical Halloween musky note but it’s sweet and very penetrating. At first, it’s too much and can be cloying due to its longevity; it feels more for evening, as it’s excessive during the day. Ideal for winter or autumn, it lasts a long time for a cheap perfume, around 8 hours on normal skin.

The initial hit is impossible to describe.

I’m not an expert in perfumes at all; my husband gifted it to me and I consider it very delicious in the opening; it smells of hazelnut, which predominates on me, a scent I adore. If I can catch the orange and the jasmine, it’s wonderful. The first hours are exquisite, very gourmand, sweet, and even smells of caramel, but after many hours it changes quite a bit and that dry-down doesn’t please me as much as the initial or middle stages. It lasts quite a while; in fact, on clothes it can last several days. I would probably buy it again, but not for summer or daytime; it’s more for an afternoon with a breeze and the beach.

This fragrance caught my attention because they said it was one of the longest-lasting and at a good price. I went to check the notes to see if it might please me, as I was prepared to make a blind purchase. I realised that every nose is a world; many people perceived the fruity notes, which didn’t happen to me, but despite that, I liked it quite a lot. It’s very different from what I’m used to wearing, but I swear it’s very rich to the olfactory senses; I can keep smelling and smelling it all the time. That said, I agree that its dry-down is the delicious part. The opening isn’t my favourite, but it’s just a matter of waiting a few minutes to smell its dry-down, where the violets bathed in caramel with a vanilla touch emerge. It’s a little powdery, without exaggerating to the point of smelling like an older lady’s perfume; no, its powdery note is very subtle. I recommend it and I don’t find it cloying.

What words describe this fragrance? Simply spectacular, my favourite and a great discovery. It’s super sweet; the opening is so fruity it smells like fruit-flavour gummies when you open it. As it dries, those fruity notes fade in intensity to give way to flowers with boozy passion fruit juice, caramel and vanilla. I barely notice the patchouli. It’s a wonder. Fabulous longevity of 12 hours and I even smell it after showering; if it gets in your hair, it lasts until the second wash, and on clothes it lasts a long time. Good sillage for the first 2 hours, then it drops but remains perceptible. Excellent price for that performance. If you love sweet things, this is for you

At first, you notice the violet, pineapple, passion fruit and daiquiri, which can be heavy for the nose at the start, but the intensity drops and it moves from fruity to something softer, leaving a bit of passion fruit with vanilla and caramel, which smells delicious. I was pleasantly surprised, haha. I feel it’s sweet, sensual and mysterious, nothing like other Halloweens, and this one truly lives up to the name. It lasted about 6 hours on skin and about 8 on clothes, which isn’t bad. I prefer to wear it during the day as I’m used to woody and creamy perfumes, but I think it could be worn at any time with moderation. I liked it quite a bit, but I recommend trying it before buying as the intensity can be difficult for some

I love this perfume; I ordered it blindly based on a recommendation from the YouTube channel ‘Memorias de un perfume’; it was an excellent purchase. I love wearing it in autumn-winter; it has nothing to do with the traditional Halloween; this flanker is sweet but not cloying, I sense the liquor touch and the fruitiness of the pineapple, the violet that gives it that powdery touch. It’s intense at the start but becomes wearable over time, with excellent longevity and sillage. To be an economical perfume, it’s very well made. As they say, every nose is a world; today when I wore it, people told me I smelled of grape but that it smelled very nice

My son gifted it to me early for my birthday. I heard wonderful things about it and the truth is, it reminds me of another perfume but I can’t recall which one. The opening is strong but over time it becomes more wearable. I find it somewhat boozy and a little sweet, just a little. I can’t distinguish the fruits they mention; I can only say it’s a good scent

I don’t know why everyone says it smells sweet. I detect nothing of the sort; instead, I get violets, pineapple, and a hint of Daikiri. It doesn’t bother me, but I was expecting something more gourmand and creamy.

I can’t stand it. No matter how hard I try to wear it, I simply cannot. For my taste, it’s too heavy; I don’t like perfumes where violet dominates, and here it stands out too much. It’s purely for autumn and winter.

For the price, it’s very good. It’s sweet but has character, a very dark character. It makes me want to wear it on a cool night with dark lipstick and a sensual dress. It’s not for basic tastes. Perfect for autumn and winter.

Don’t hate me; I know there are many Shot fanatics and I’m jealous, but when I read the notes, it sounded perfect. After reading the reviews, I dared to buy it blind, but it didn’t work for me. I’ve given it several chances, but nothing has changed. All the notes blend together and my nose gets blocked. I perceive something like car air freshener; it’s clearly too much. I wouldn’t recommend it for blind buys, although the risk isn’t too high given the price. I just wanted to warn you, as I couldn’t find anyone else who had this experience, and surely others could fall into the same trap. I’m not saying it’s bad, just that it might not suit you.

What a delightful perfume. It’s intense, bittersweet, and has a vibe similar to Petite Roble Noire. If you like that type, don’t miss out. It’s sensual and warm. The pineapple is the main note, but perfectly coordinated with hazelnut, caramel, and vanilla, which give it sweetness. Add the sparkling touch of passion fruit and the result is exceptional.
