  • As a citrus fragrance, it is simply incredible; the balance of ingredients is perfect for the citrus notes to take centre stage. I am hooked; of all the ones I own, this has something special and addictive.

  • As a citrus, it is simply incredible; the ingredient balance makes the citrus notes the kings. It has me hooked: of all the ones I own, this has something special and addictive.

  • An interesting first impression: it starts with that sparkling neroli that everyone knows, but after a while, you notice it has depth. It lasted a very long time, over 10 hours, and as always, to last that long, other aromas need to take over. Gradually, it becomes floral, with a sweet touch and a musky creaminess… the good thing is that although the neroli blends more over time, it remains present throughout the development. Reviews say it is very similar to Felur Narcotique, which has peony and smells of fresh, sweet rose, which matches what I feel. The only thing I need to re-test is that although it didn’t happen to me outdoors, indoors I did notice a slight tinge of fatigue… although I also tested Kalan and it could be contamination, but the fatigue makes sense because, as I said, it performed incredibly well.

A blind buy that was completely spot on. I adore citrus perfumes, but during my pregnancy, I could only tolerate this type of fragrance. Besides, I was already getting tired of neroli, so after reading a bit about it, I picked it up without a second thought… what a good decision! I’ve been wearing it for months, and despite my rhinitis leaving my sense of smell quite blocked, I dare to say it is a masterpiece. The citrus opening is super energetic and luminous, and as it dries down, with its floral notes and a touch of sweetness, I am fascinated. It feels elegant and versatile, suitable for both everyday wear and something more formal. It is not a perfume with grand pretensions, and some might see it as ‘simple’, but I believe it is very well constructed and everything fits perfectly. Very happy with Neroli Amara.

A completely successful blind buy. There were few citrus scents I liked, but due to my pregnancy, it was the only thing I could bear. I really liked the neroli, so after reading about it, I jumped in to buy it… what a good call! I’ve been wearing it for months, and although my rhinitis leaves my sense of smell shot, I dare to say it is a masterpiece. The initial citrus explosion is energising and luminous, and its dry-down with florals and a touch of sweetness fascinates me. It is elegant and versatile, for daily use or something more formal. It has no grand pretensions and some might call it ‘simple’, but it is very well constructed and blended, with nothing out of place. Very happy with Neroli Amara.
