Share what you noticed: opening, drydown, sillage and the moments when it works for you.
It opens slightly salty and very spicy, with cinnamon and what seems like a touch of patchouli. After 15 minutes it softens, the earthy base fades, and the musk emerges with a creamy, powdery rose. The opening is potent, but it now smells more friendly; the salty base remains. After 40 minutes, it has twice reminded me of For Her Fleur Musc, which I use a lot. This Rose Musk has that floating saltiness, is less sweet, and the rose is almost identical but silkier due to the musk dosage. It’s more floral than sweet. Past the hour, the patchouli returns and I love how it blends with the rose and musk; this makes it unisex. Occasionally it reminds me of Fleur Musc with a patchouli base.
