It’s a spicy-resinous fragrance. The opening is very pleasant, with citrus (mandarin and bergamot) that greet you and fade quickly, leaving a spicy base where frankincense and myrrh take centre stage. There are floral notes and a touch of quince, but you have to pay close attention to them. It’s a masculine scent with modest performance and very versatile. This line is extremely soft and of higher quality. I like it and enjoy it; without a doubt, it’s one of the best in the SB line, though there are others I’ve liked even more (and those are words to live by). As for the price? A slap in the face without gloves: £750 for 75ml, and that’s precisely why you’ll find so few reviews. Sadly discontinued. A good perfume, it’s all.
